hey thats the same wallpaper i have on my phone in my post.. (the mr sparkle episode is my favorite one)

My favorite is where they join that cult that tells them they will be taken to another planet in a spaceship! :p

LOL the Ghetto BlackBerry ... TMobile reps back in tha day - tier2 including myself back then - knicknamed it that. lol we'd get calls saying "You have to get all my contacts & emails on this new device and fast, I have a pending/serious 'business' deal to take care off". Their [sic] fun devices but Danger didn't push enough quick enough to get the devices to evolve: ie where is the WiFi?~!
Cheaper Data Plan I cannot argue with you on that ... save the fact that us in Canada on Fido paid the SAME $20/mth when we had it some 4yrs ago when our dollar was 87cents US. Gotta feel ripped off now.

Are you still limited to EDGE & 3 other email accounts on that? Along with only 1 IM client per IM server (1 client for AIM, another for MSN, etc etc)? When you delete emails can you purge them wirelessly out of the deleted items on AOL/Hotmail/Yahoo email?

Ppl choose different feature sets for their uses. BB's are great and very powerful, but I'd rather have an E-Series S60 phone. the OS offers just too much more for what I want. The SK is a great platform ... I just HOPE MS does put WM on it or they push Danger Inc to really push J2ME to the limits and open up their developer base without forcing dev's to null warranty on devices their coding for and allow for apps to be uploaded directly to the Catalog/Shopping Mall. Just as long as its tested to work well with varying models.

I agree with that. I had a Sidekick 3 when it came out, and it felt obsolete even then. The SKs have been, and always will be, the king of the QWERTY keyboard, but other than that, the Sidekick is just a yuppy fashion phone. The form factor was perfect when the first ones debuted and all smartphones were bulky, but now, with other manufacturers making smaller and thinner smartphones with more features, I think it's hard for the Sidekick to keep up, as the form factor limits it from becoming small.

I've never owned a Blackberry, but they're very appealing with their new designs and features. The only thing I don't like about RIM is that the OS is, and always has, felt clunky to me. I agree with you that the E-Series Nokia S60 phones are great, but not even my E61 can compare to my iPhone. I'll occasionally SIM swap onto one of my four other unlocked phones, but my iPhone has everything on it and syncs so well with my Mac that I choose it everyday.

Hellooo first post on these forums! :D
my nokia 5300. its a terrible phone. you have to whack it off something to get the speaker to work

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

How is it?!?!?!?!

ITS AWESOME. PERIOD.

Screen is 10/10, Crisp, even @ 50 brightness, it stands out! Under direct sun light! Best cellphone screen IMHO! I have used E71, 8820, 8320, iPhone 3G, Samsung Omnia i900 in the past.

3G speeds are great, New OS and Browser are very responsive! Pages dont load as fast as iPhone 3G, But close, maybe 5-10 seconds slower. Speaker phone is 10x louder than iPhone 3G's.

Overall, This is a 9.5/10 BLackberry!:D

Basically your saying its Hand & Eye sex at first glance! Me I'll go for the E71 as its materials give the hands multiple orgasms! Bold is great, but beyond Email, plugin apps for sites, and a few apps that only slightly improve up the basic functionality (not including corporate/BES apps SAP for example) it doesn't offer the end user too much. Most pple won't use the Bold more than for calls, email, and surfing, GPS, BBMessenging.

Those that are planning to purchase the Bold should also look specifically at the WiFi specs and look for a new router that allows for a specific WiFi powersaving spec to reduce the Bold's WiFi powerdrain along with your other appliances total drain. Its WORTH IT!

Most ppl will upgrade to the Bold or iPhone in the USA for now.
robert.j.strain - take a good look at the bold, you may crave for it especially if you're within 30days of your upgrade and are on AT&T it should be there shortly.

Why take HDR photos of your phones? Or did you just Photoshop the photos? HDR has its uses. It's not for taking macro shots of phones, unfortunately.

I wasn't aware I took an HDR photo.. P&S + macro is what I used.

guess who left their phone on their car and drove off and then broke the flex cable in their fone and paid $15 to get a ****** one delivered from Hong Kong and now the keys are sticky.... ME!!!
