Sorry, I actually only looked at the last photo. Blown up it has some Photoshop filters it's been run through that make it look a bit like a bad HDR photo.

ahh, i didnt even see the 3rd picture. it didnt load when i replied to you. i guess the ackground does look semi HDR.
