Where does one get this Stack app???? I looked at the Apps store on iTunes with no luck.
The Stack App is not available on the AppStore its on Cydia which you have to Jailbreak your iPhone in order to get it.

Well, I would get the iPhone, it has a full (NO FLASH) web experience, too, not to mention a (2.0 megapixel) camera (that cant record video), it even has 3G (no video calling)... But the prices are just stupid!![]()
Nice idea. I might take my DSLR with me when I want a real photograph. Everything else is really only worth 2MP anyway. Might take my video recorder with me too, for all those videos that I need to take througout my life. I remember my last 3G phone, and how I *only* video called on it... it's just so handy when you're walking down the street.
so, what does one do with 7 phones?
Dont you just love it when your friend has a cool picture and they can Bluetooth it to your phone...
Or when they can MMS it to you... Or not
EDIT: And you carry your camera and video camera (I am guessing by that you mean a camcorder) everywhere with you? And pay more than Scientology for your iPhone?
I lost my m600i the other day so got this as a replacement, ordered the black one but received this, a little disappointed to be honest, but it will do. I'm half tempted to fork out £250 for the new Sony Ericsson C902. Anyone recommend it?
Yeh, here in the UK we all can't get enough of MMS... we don't just email photos to a computer where you can do a lot more with them. Most people don't even know how to get a picture off their phone. MMS is about as popular as those little printers that print out photos... they end up giving them away.
And I can't even count the number of times that someone's tried to bluetooth a photo to me... they never just show me on their own screen or put it on facebook.
Ans to EDIT: I carry my DSLR when I go out for taking photos - I am often too busy to do that. Compacts are rubbish whether 2 or 8 mega pixels. My DSLR is awesome. I don't take videos. No need.![]()
Thinking of buying one of these for my Mum!
I live the UK, a lot of people I know use MMS. Not all phones are flashy smartphones with decent e-mail clients, so MMS is very useful.
Absolutely everyone I know uses Bluetooth for file transfer. I couldnt live without that feature.
Phone cameras very very useful for taking photos of moments... Its no longer a case of "I wish I had a camera!" because you will have one! And obviously phone cameras are not as good as proper ones but a 3.2 megapixel camera is better than a 2.0 one with no video feature or flash!![]()
As a photographer, I will say that megapixels has never equaled quality and never will equal quality. It is all dependant upon the lens, and a flash that is that tiny in a phone is not likely to do much good anyway. The light source will be so small that it will produce very harsh lighting, especially when not used very close to your subject. In other words I've never run into a camera phone that can come even remotely close to a real camera. And if a camera phone can't even rival a point and shoot then why the heck would I even want to use it? If I even want to take a picture I have my dSLR with me, if I don't have it with me than I don't take any pictures.
And I've honestly never used Bluetooth file transfer or MMS. If I want someone to see a picture/video or vice-versa I use email. Anyways, here's my phone; a White iPhone 3G 16GB.

I actually encountered one of those for the first time earlier today. It sure looked easy enough to use.
Locking keys and turning it on/off are the only complicated tasks I can think of with that phone, so it should be possible for most people to learn.
