I made this DVD cover for a video I shot and edited for the high school musical production Pirates of Penzance earlier this year. There arent really any flashy effects, but I spent ALOT of time creating COB images and compositing all the different layers. I think it turned out really nice.

I rented a Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 lens and took all the photos myself with my Canon Digital Rebel XT. I spent way too much time on it, but it was worth it! :D

I made it from several images and effects. Sorry, I don't remember where I got them.

Something stupid I knocked out in about 5 minutes, pointless really - but it was sunny. (Hence the inspiration)

Don't slate me

Well, there's a vector shape in photoshop that I can blow up so big it looks like fans. I've attachted a pics of the shape.

All you have to do is use the direct selection tool (the white cursor) and select the inside or outside circle of this shape and move/resize them to create more depth. Then slap on a gradient, and make it huge so the outside circle is outside of the picture plane.

i couldnt find "registration target 2"...can anyone help me out by sending it to me or giving me a link to download from? thanks a lot

A couple of images I created from scratch using a few techniques I learnt. Nothing fantastic though.

It's definitely in there if you're using CS1. (Not sure about the others)
Look for that taget sign on the left of it first, this is easier to search for, but don't worry, I couldn't spot it the first time either.
