Agreed! I'm going to complain about that - but I won't do it until they charge my card. They haven't even done that yet - and I have a tracking number showing that my package has left Dallas!I can't get over the fact that regular AT&T customers got free overnight shipping and not premier customers !!

Yea, that really sux. Worst thing is, I know my phone will be sitting in a warehouse less than 1 hour from me all weekend long.
As far as I know? Surely AT&T wouldn't let him have a Facebook and Twitter page if he wasn't affiliated in some way?
So I got my tracking number this morning (11 am), but it didn't leave actually ship the Fedex facility in TX until 10:45 pm EST, thats just stupid! Why was it sitting there all day, cause now it definitely won't get to my house in GA until monday, but if it left this morning it might have come friday... ahhh
I don't think there was any official "cut-off" date. I ordered on the 11th and I am getting something on the 22nd. AT&T is the gang that couldn't shoot straight ... to have an official cut off date would mean that they actually know what they were doing. My "premier" order status page still states that they have received my order and will process it shortly, but I just received the FedEx tracking # for deliver on the 22nd. The unhappy part is that the e-mail indicates that this is a partial shipment:
"We shipped part of your recently placed AT&T Premier order.
We will ship the remaining backordered items when all items are in stock and will notify you via email with the tracking number."
What do you want to bet that all of us will be getting new SIM cards on Monday, but no phone? On the other hand, since this is the gang that can't shoot straight, they could be shipping the whole thing and their great back-office software is so badly written that they don't know it.

is there a reason that only my SIM is showing on the site, and it was shipped....i didnt even recieve an email... Answers?????
I ordered on the 12th but when I checked my status 5 minutes ago it says I ordered on the 17th and that it is backordered
it was updated at 100 eastern got email at 11oo just spoke to att and they said it shows a tphone but she also said all preorders are shipped overnight but mine was not

according to my bank account i was not charged for the phone....and still no email...ahh! im gonna call and find out.
Same here !!! you are not the only one ..all Premier customers got the 2 day shipping while regular ATT customers got free overnight
So how come they (Apple? AT&T?) didn't just start shipping on 6/17 for AT&T Premier customers like us so we would get it on 6/19? Why did they have to put it on hold until 6/18 and then mess up on the originally promised 6/19 delivery date? I sure am fuming.
It's going to be a very long weekend for me.
I ordered from the premier site on the 11th and been waiting for some change all week and finally got it the last few days. Now, according g to the FedEx site, my order is in transit from TX. Not sure if it will get here by tomorrow or not but I'm not worried. As long as I get it.

Stupid American Express card says someone is holding 253 something bucks that has not been officially charged yet (ATT??)
Stupid Twitter chick told me that I ordered the 16th and she would investigate further
Stupid normal ATT rep laughed at me when I said that ATT guaranteed delivery by the 19th (she said 'ooooo lawd....that phone aint even out yet!)
Stupid me for PreOrdering and still feeling like I'll get a phone AFTER people lining up..

Mine just shipped via FedEx from Fort Worth, Texas. Estimated delivery: Jun 19, 2009 by 3:00 PM . I ordered mine on the 13th and the phone is being shipped to Northern California.
I am a little concerned though because the three line items that used to be on the AT&T Order Status page turned into one after it shipped. Now it just says "Various SIM". I'd assume they wouldn't just ship a SIM card to me though.
