Do you guys get emailed when you get tracking numbers? So far I have no updates since the 11th still. :mad:

I never got an email with a tracking number. I had to check wireless.att.com/order_status to find mine. The order number from the premier email isn't the same order number in the att system so you will have to search by home/work number or your cell number for it to work.
 
if its only been picked up and is at the facility in ft worth. is it possible to upgrade the shipping to overnight, still? of course by the att side? or at least get a saturday delivery or pick up at location option. Mother of F'er. :mad: :)

FedEx told me no.
 
I guess ATT premier came through for me. Ordered on the 13th and it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. But its coming from Fort Worth and I'm in Plano, TX. I did however take myself off the FAN discount because I don't want to deal with premier next time. I would rather pay more per month throughout the year and get the upgrade every year. Oh and be able to order through apples site next time. :D :apple:
 
Ordered through Premier (with a FAN) on the 9th. Mine is now in transit from Fort Worth... delivery on the 19th. I don't recall selecting overnight shipping, it seemed to be the default for me.

Mine finally shipped, but as a Premier customer of course I am stuck with 2 day shipping. You folks that are close to DFW are lucky. Any luck with getting it changed to overnight or saturday pickup? Driving to Mishawaka aint nothing for me.

It would appear you got lucky. I placed my order the 10th, it's set for deliver the 22nd via UPS.
 
I will feel lucky once its in my hands. The cynical part of me wonders if the real reason for my luck is: 1) I'm a new AT T customer, 2) first iPhone, or 3) switching from Verizon. :D
 
has anybody called premier or att and complained aggressively and violently, forcing them to upgrade your shipping to overnight or enabling local hub pickup option? Since my status and most of everyones is still not in transit and just sitting there.
 
placed my order on the 12th. looks like fedex will be picking it up tomorrow, for delivery on Tuesday. this sucks.
 
More to do with proximity than luck. If they had shipped from MEM, I would get mine tomorrow also.

Yeah, but they also chose 2nd day air from Texas. I clearly remember the website saying that phones would arrive the 19th when I placed my order, but I guess it is what it is.
 
All numbers don't work for me. I tried my cell, home, work, and all zip codes possible.

This worries me.

I feel your pain. I had the same problem, I had to keep calling att premier line to find out the status of my order. They had told me that I would receive an email when it shipped, but they didn't send one. I had to call, find out that it had shipped, and then specifically tell them to send me an invoice with tracking number. Giving the premier people a call couldn't hurt.

my order status still says in progress and back-ordered.
 
Ordered on the 11th through Premier. Mine is set for overnight delivery tomorrow by 3pm. I'm in NY.
 
Ordered early on the 13th. Still nothing. 2 phones, a brand new family plan with 2 data plans. Still back-ordered. No tracking numbers. No shipping info.

I can't get over the fact that regular AT&T customers got free overnight shipping and not premier customers !!
That is just unacceptable ~~~:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
