I have a feeling that today's update 10.1.1 has fixed the issue...
After applying the update, I n the last half an hour, push mail is working fine here...
PLEASE continue to monitor this...... I will not be able to update for a few days

Did some more tests... mail IS pushed instantly in both my devices but their deletion is not (after deleting the mail on my iPhone, the iPad is not updated until I open the mail app...)
:(

Oh didn't know that! Thanks!
Actually, there are options for which mailboxes u want pushed....settings-mail-push-accounts. You'll see a list of your iCloud mailboxes and checkmarks or no checkmarks.

Just tested push iCloud email on my end after updating to 10.1.1 and unfortunately still no push.

On my 7+, mail wouldn't show up at all unless I opened the Mail app. Seems to be working today, but who knows...
Same with me.
[doublepost=1477949116][/doublepost]I have iphone 7 plus and 6 plus and all hotmail accounts push correctly but iCloud accounts need to be opened manually or one ok work around is to set it to fetch every 15 min. This seems to work for now but I still need them right away for my business emails.

are you using the native apple mail app for all your accounts?
[doublepost=1477963603][/doublepost]they didnt learn zhit.......

Spotty performance again today...iCloud push not working that consistently.

In a recurring pattern, replies to emails that I sent out are not always being pushed.

How do you know it has nothing to do with iOS? I understand that it likely points to the server. Isn't there a possibility of how the iOS interacts with that server?

I have an iPad with 7.1.3, not receiving emails. An iPhone with 8.4.1, not receiving emails. An iPhone with 9.3.5, not receiving emails. An iPhone with 10.1, not receiving emails and finally an iPhone with 10.1.1, not receiving emails. Has nothing to do with iOS.

My exchange account is using PUSH normally. Mails, contacts, calendar are created/edited/deleted instantly on both my devices.

iCloud mail work inconsistendly even when using FETCH...
:(

I had posted earlier in this thread, but I wanted to jump in again to mention that while it seems that there are server issues, there are certainly iOS issues also. I have three gmail accounts set to fetch hourly and they have been failing to do so since the late iOS 10 betas. I still have an older iPad running iOS 9, and that fetches each hour with no problem, just as my iPhone 6S did before iOS 10. Apple has a lot to sort out with email it seems...

It is strange.... I can say that when I got my IP7+ on launch day things were just fine. Then about 3 weeks ago is when I noticed all this notification stuff. I do believe the iOS 10.x has a part to play here. Most disturbing now is messages not alerting when a sleep. If I lift to wake I see the messages banners but no sound..... I don't know what to think anymore.

This. Things were fine until the day 10.1Beta 3 came out. That day I installed the update and noticed the issue. Thought it was beta related. Downgraded, issue remained. Then realize it was probably server related.

getting ridiculous. I just opened my mail app and had 5 emails that weren't received. What would be worse is that this is only affecting a few people. The number of @applesupport complaints on twitter are sufficient so suggest its very wide. Funny enough they don't reply to those tweets

Same as the rest here. Actually I think it's working on my iPad because I will hear it go off.
