I have a few issues that I have escalated to Apple Executive Relations. I received a call from Joe Donlin, who introduced himself as iOS senior Specialist who contacted me at request of Executive relations team. I pointed him to this thread an an additional thread at Apple Support Communities. He told me that he was going to speak to his engineers and get back to me. He just called me and the conversation that I just had with him is just absolutely ridicilous. He stated that he used one of the devices that he had and was able to replicate the issue with the native Apple Email App. The Mac Email was working fine for him. He also stated that he downloaded a third party app that supports push notifications and the iCloud emails were pushing just fine to that App. He then proceeded to ask me to collect logs from my device so it could be submitted to engineers as they feel it is related to iOS and the mail App. I told him that if he were able to replicate the issue, why would they need anything else. The following answer I received is just out of this world: "The more log files engineering receives, the more seriously they will take it, and the sooner they would be willing to resolve it. Until then it does not appear to be a widespread issue."
This is just so ridiculous, they have seen the issue first hand, and they need more reports to work on it.

This is another repeat of MobileMe, however Steve Jobs is not around to make sure that it "JUST WORKS"

So senior specialists word isn't good enough? Can't they just replicate it among themselves? Seems to be a pretty easy issue to replicate.

Let me tell u iCloud mail in general is a complete disaster

I cleared my mailbox and have just 5 emails in it. If email comes in and I don't need it I delete it straight away (even from bin). So my mailbox is very organised.

Most people won't notice this because their mailbox is full of email but I do.

My local storage is reporting 6.8MB used, my iCloud email storage is reporting 21MB used.

I'm about to give up on iCloud email. There is absolutely no way I can get my iCloud email storage space back. Perhaps their way of getting u to buy more storage. Who knows

I think with that kind of "Senior Specialist" support we only have one option left and that is to just spam Tim Cook's email with so many messages that he has to read it. I know of a program called "Do it again" which is basically a macro program. I can set it up to run for days just sending him the same message over and over again until I'm either banned from my email account or something is done about it. If we all do that, they have no choice but to acknowledge this problem.

This is not just a regular Senior Specialist. This is a special team that is above tier two that works for Apple Executive Relations team. I am completely flabbergasted. If this is what Apple is about now, we are all doomed.

Because they don't care, it's not in the media and it's not getting them bad press... hell, the average person doesn't even know it's happening. I've asked many people and they say "No my email is working fine" meanwhile I open their email app and 10 emails come through at once.

My advice is to start contacting the media about Apple's lacadasical response to their core services that used to "JUST WORK". I am so pissed about this response and this attitude I don't even know where to begin.

Perhaps the next step is to post on all social media outlets including LinkedIn. I have also sent scathing emails about this blatant disregard from Apple only to be basically cast aside. This is an absurd joke.

dont get angry people.......get even!

I am slowly backing up/migrating all my icloud data away from the apple system fiasco. I was paying for extra storage and apple music. Cancelled apple music and now just doing the data migration so no extra storage (paid) needed.

And....blackberry dtek60 just shipped.

archiving present data, and

will be using free gdrive, skydrive, box.....etc! all apps available on both ios and android platforms.

No point paying apple for icloud storage when it doesnt meet performance........per S.Jobs, "it just wirelessly pushes to our devices". see my video I attached few threads ago.

Magically it's pushing well now. I'll try again in a couple of hours.

But I had 8 emails all push appropriately. Some few minutes of each other

Finger crossed

I already gave up on the mail app for anything but my iCloud mail. I use Yahoo and Gmail app for these email respectively.

I have tried everything I know to escalate this to the media...... in fact today's business networks are reporting AirPods delayed till after Christmas, but nothing about this.

Yu should contact a local news station, with national ties, have them setup an iCloud account and let them experience the problem. Then explain your efforts with the executive team. That's gotta get some airtime

Is anyone being helpful and providing the logs the guy asked for?
Given that they recreated the issue why do they need more logs? Also there are a number of people on Apple support communities that have done so already. A lot of good it's doing all of us.
