It's Apple people, not you.... be patient and go to work, that's what I did, yes I have a bricked phone in my pocket, but I'll try again tonight when I get home, or tomorrow.... their activation servers can't handle the load.
it'll calm down eventually and your phone will activate.

Thank you for answering. Im not the most computer savvy person and Im using a different laptop then normal so I dont know if it was the way I connected it or what. I would totally believe its me.
