Me, too! :) So now the vigil begins. Is yours being shipped via UPS? Mine is. It wish it had been Fedex. But, I guess, so long as I get it on time, it doesn't really matter.
 
I ordered mine, 32 GB WiFi on April 10th estimated ship date is May 2nd... still nothing :/.... I want it sort of now :)...

so, it got to louisville despite the storm, and also left early this morning. i got an email from apple saying "sorry you will get it 1 day later than originally estimated" - now if i remember, the original estimate was april 27 and one day late would actually be today, and the ups page seems to confirm this with

thing being, that's a 16 hour drive so did they fly to boston? so i checked departures at louisville and a UPS flight left at 06:11 AM to Manchester which has an Estimated Touch Down at 7:10 AM.

And it's only 40 minutes from Manchester to Boston :))

Could it be? Will I have my precious by 10:30AM? Will let you know

It seems UPS sent a plane to Logan airport. The weather isn't bad enough to prevent a plane from landing though. Just very overcast with little or no rain.

oh super, same here. and my delivery estimate has gone missing :((( there are no adverse weather conditions at all, other than that i am sweating due to humidity

Last night I went from "Not yet Shipped" to "Prepared for Shipment."

I ordered on April 12. The shipping date was May 2, Delivery was May 5.

The shipping date is now May 3, with the delivery date of May 10. Seriously? It's just going to sit around for a week, then take a week to get here?
I live in Toronto, Cunuckistan.

Apple did not charge my cc until they posted UPS tracking#.

It is coming from China and it takes about 1 week to get to the U.S....keep looking for the UPS tracking# to be posted.

I must keep faith... delivery is scheduled for one week so they have a week before I take a bite out of apple :apple:
 
Hi Everyone - My ipad was on that UPS plane stuck in China for DAYS! But - it's now on a truck out for delivery today - I live in Kalamazoo. Hopefully everyone else gets theirs today, too. I ordered 4/05. Can't wait!
 
it's here and you won't be seeing me again for a long time, it's so beautiful, i can hardly believe it after the wait.

FINALLY! ITS IN MY HANDS!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone who's been posting updates, helping get through the week! Should of had it on Monday, but better late than never!

Best of luck to everyone who's still waiting for theirs! Hopefully it finds you sooner than later!

Now i just gotta get though the work day! ARGH! gonna be a loooooooooong time til 5pm rolls around!!!!!!!
 
Out for delivery too

My Ipad is out for delivery by 4:30 today. I can't believe it is really on the truck when it was in Hong Kong yesterday.

I ordered a 16 g white engraved on April 6 and today was the delivery date I was given upon placing the order. My birthday is May 1st so this is a wonderful birthday present for me.

It has been fun watching this thread with everyone for the last few weeks. Enjoy your Ipads!

Right, but is it normal to spend 5 days at the "Prepared for Shipment" stage? 'cause that's what it is telling me. I can understand that it takes some time to get from China to North America.
 
From PFS it took less than 48hrs to get on a flight to the US. I think I might be getting it tomorrow. So excited!!! Oh, I ordered 4/7 with a 4/28 shipping and a 4/29 delivery. It shipped 4/26. Cocaine white with 32g's wifi.
