iPad Retina iPad Wallpapers Thread

Why aren't these coming up in the proper resolution?
They show up fine for me on a different computer. As HazyCloud posted, if you're looking at the pictures on the iPad then safari will show them at 1024x1024. If you save them to photos then they'll be the proper resolution.
does anybody have OS X wallpapers in retina? i seen a few in this thread but not a whole lot.
In what size are you speaking of exactly?
Any chance someone can resize for me?
Can't seem to figure out how to get either of these sized for the new iPad. Any chance someone could help me out with these? Haven't been able to find much art available for wallpapers. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I might have to make a few wallpapers tomorrow. Would any one like something specific? I can't gaurentee I'll make it, or have time, but it's always fun to try new stuff. I don't mind doing boy things too, like monster trucks in a mud pit or...girls in a mud pit..or what ever.
(if it's out of line to offer this then let me know and I'll edit it out)

If you just right click them and "copy image link" or something like that and then right click and paste it into the text box here then I can bring them up later. Alternately you could paste the link in between these
then it'll post the actual image, but that might be kinda big to fit properly. Either way...

Edit to add: in my imaging program I have the option for actual canvas size (2048x2048) but my resolution is default at 72.000, should I up this to make a larger image, but maybe one that is better looking on the new iPad? Or should I not worry about it so that it won't take up gobs of space? I've only made ipad1 wallpapers...

For that, what I do, is save the image to my pad. Then I use the photobuckt app to upload the image to the net (to get the image code). You'll have to register, but it's free. then I click the link button at the top of the app, the i copy the direct link and paste into the above code. It's quite the ordeal. If they are already on a website, then just paste that, and I'll go look them up myself since its such a pain to do it on the iPad this way xD but, if they aren't already on a website, then you'll have to do that.

Here is that I'm using ATM on my white iPad. The foreground detail look amazing on the retina display.

NOTE: I didn't make these images, i simply sized them to fit the screen and on a few of them edited out a few bits to clean them up for use as a wallpaper, all credit for the images goes to their original creators.
