I ordered on June 5th from Canada. Matte display.

My estimated ship date never changed the whole time, so I guess an interesting lesson learned here is that even when the 5-7 day ship time is posted on the site, and your estimated ship time extends beyond that, you're still at the head of the queue and you shouldn't cancel and re-order just to try and get the ship time to be lower. Just have faith it'll ship first.

and there is still no sign of it shipping. I live in the states and I just got off the phone once again with Apple and once again they are rather clueless as to what is going on other than to say that there is a backorder on the 7200 which evidently isn't the case right now. I don't think it should matter one tiny bit where you live, if you ordered yours before me, you should get yours first and if I ordered mine before you (and in some cases almost 2 weeks before), I should get mine before you. All Apple customers should be treated fairly no matter where they live. Sorry for venting, but it is rather frustrating. And I truly am happy for everyone that has had their computer shipped, just upset mine hasn't! I really am not looking forward to waiting until July 23 to get mine.

Nope, not until it actually shipped did the estimated ship date change (at which point it actually just disappeared, since the actual ship date started to be displayed).

Looks like for US based shipments, once they are "IN Transit" from Shanghai, they hit US soil in Anchorage, AK. So... looks like Friday at the earliest for those with 2 day shipping.

Hooray! I ordered the afternoon the MBP was announced (the 5th?) and have the matte screen... i'm going out of town for the weekend. i wish it had shipped a couple days earlier so i could bring it with me! Well at least it's not July 18!!!

Once we get our MBP's, we'll have nothing to check meticulously every day!
