To me this looks far worse than the elongated cutout on the S10+. This one is so small it looks unintentional, kind of like a speck of dirt on the screen. It being smaller makes it somehow even more irritating that it even needs to be there. That, or the fact that it's centered, not sure. Maybe it's both.

OP got it right with the 7 Pro imo. For me, there's absolutely nothing a front facing camera can do that is worth disturbing the pristine, blissfully undisturbed mini-cinema that a screen like the Note 10's would otherwise be. And yes, I'll take a FP reader on the back over any kind of face unlock if it'll give me a clean screen. Hell I'd take a syringe popping out to take a blood sample if I just got a honest to God screen with no stupid cutout, notch or other annoying sh*t disturbing the content.

But that's me.

Then again both OP and Samsung are still botching it because of the screen curve which ruins that-which-would-be-godly-perfection equally much, but that's another story ;)

I actually agree with you on the bolded part. When the S10+ cutouts started leaking, I thought they were dumb to put in the corner and should have put them in the middle to be more symmetric. I always wondered (pre-buying) "what would it have looked like in the middle? surely better than the corner!". But once I owned an S10+ and used in every day fashion, the cutout actually looked good and out of the way (still annoying to have to be there). So now we get to see "what it would have looked like in the middle" and I'm not a fan. But I'm sure if I do actually use the device everyday it would grow on me and be fine.

Overall i am sure most of us will like it. Yes its a bit boxy but the pros outweigh the cons. I like the vertical shape of the rear cams. Sort of looks Huwaie's
[doublepost=1561760161][/doublepost]Getting sick of Blue colour so likely will get Black or milky White.

I'd love a Note 10+ but I just can't bring myself to pay £1,000+ for a phone, will stick with my Pixel 2 XL for a bit longer I think.

I used a 2 XL and agree, my phone does everything I need and has an amazing camera

Aesthetically speaking, the leaks look fine to me. But I don’t want one until Samsung makes the display glass totally flat. I’ve had my fill of impractical curves. It’s not the most practical choice for such limited screen real estate that is also meant to be a functional writing surface. Let the S series be the fashion statement and let the Note series be more practical.

I just also realized they put the camera array close to what would be the top edge when I hold the phone sideways to record video and most photos. Oh goodness.

What I liked about Samsung was they put the camera away from edges. On my iPhone and my Pixel I’m forever getting my fingers in the picture because of how I hold the phones and due to the fact I’m a lefty and therefore kind of bracing the phone with my left hand instead of my right. So my fingers sometimes intrude over the edge right where the lens is when I orient the camera sideways.

It does probably make the phone look nicer to have the cameras on the edge instead of close to the center. But for me, personally, it’s annoying.

Ugh, looks like even the smaller note will have a curved display. Disappointed with this and the recent leaks of Pixel 4 having a large top bezel.
