Wow, note 10 just got the highest dxomark rank. It amuses me a little as it uses the exact same sensors as my LG V50 ThinQ. Other thing that I know for sure is that LG's camera software is better. Dxomark.... Hmmmm
Sometimes it is deceiving. Look at the Pixels...they have average camera hardware but produce amazing pics.
Google has imho the best post processing in the business.
So it could be Samsung has some nice post processing going on.
Then to be honest the difference plus or minus 3 or 4 points will not be noticeable.
Interesting about the charging times in that video too!

So the Note 10 has the same camera as the S10+ (aside from tof) but DXO give it their highest ever score, as if it’s some kind of revolutionary camera set up? Ok then.
LG used to get much more love on the forums and in the press. I never even used to have to go hunting for info on their latest and greatest, it was just out there. Honestly until you made your post I kind of forgot they existed. Which is silly since so many of the features I'm always going on about appeared on or was heavily marketed on LG phones first.First of all:
1. It's not like I want to impose my opinion
2. It's not like if I own one certain phone, then I want to impose it to you
But,
My LG V50 is phenomenal when it comes to videos and photos and I also know the note 10 has exactly the same 3 cameras setup.

Good for you if you only spend ~$30 on protecting your $1000 smart phone, many spend much more and when you compare OEM prices my estimate is not unreasonable but there are as always options and exceptions out thereI owned a S10 plus and the quality of that screen protector was among the worst I've ever used. It's great Samsung throws in things of added value but you were being pretty generous with monitory value you assigned to those things.
I fully agree that Apple is among the stingiest when it comes to giving away anything of value. Their whole business structure comes from instilling in their customers a belief that anything with an Apple logo slapped on it is of the highest quality and therefore you should pay a premium for it. Anything "given away" by them would undermine that philosophy.
And not to go off on a tangent, but phone cases are among the most overpriced phone accessory on the market. I've tried nearly all the big name cases manufacturers and have come to one conclusion...paying anything over $20 for a basic phone case is a waste of money. The one caveat there is that if you like special material cases such as leather or Pixel fabric cases for example, then you'll be paying more. But to pay more than $20 for a rubber/plastic/combo case is ludicrous. For every phone I get, my first purchase is a Ringke Fusion Smoke Black case. Great design, great protection, semi-transparent so the phone design isnt hidden but dark enough so every piece of hair or dust doesnt show, and less than $10.
Oh and when it comes to screen protectors, I have seen the need for one since the last few generations of gorilla glass. However, I've always kept one on any iPhone I've owned because despite what Apple tells you, they are easily the most scratch prone screens in the smartphone world.

See my post above this, but I totally agree that Apple doesnt include "value add" items. Its against their whole philosophy.
On paper, yes. In person I thought that the screen, at least, looked fantastic on the smaller Note 10. It was sharp and crisp and compares very well to the one on my S10+ on maxed out settings.Doesn't the Note 10 have a worse screen and battery compared to the S10?
I couldn't see a difference between the note 10 and 10+ screens either. HDR content from YouTube looked amazing on both.On paper, yes. I couldn't evaluate the battery. I don't even have the experience of the smaller S10 to compare it to.

Minor improvements in algorithms, DOF/TOF and Video enhancements made it leap forward as its an overall scoreHow though isn’t it the same camera as S10?

There’s the time of flight lens, the aperture on the telephoto lens is down to 2.2 and there are some software enhancements for Video recording. How though isn’t it the same camera as S10?
The S10 got an update a few months ago and now has a dedicated night mode.I’m sure mate 30 pro will get higher mark as that seems how it works.
Great if true though. Samsung need to get back to being dominate camera wise.
On my honeymoon I was shocked how bad my night photos were on the max
Guessing night sight mode is better on the note 10 than was on the S10 at launch
Yeah wasn;t sure if it was improved further...wasn’t sure how it compared to the pixel for exampleThere’s the time of flight lens, the aperture on the telephoto lens is down to 2.2 and there are some software enhancements for Video recording.

I would guess under an hour going by the 25W times.Yeah wasn;t sure if it was improved further...wasn’t sure how it compared to the pixel for example
[doublepost=1565703576][/doublepost]Looks like the 45w charger on mobile fun will cost 39.99 although I know it’s always more expensive on there.
Anybody heard what the projected speeds are from 0-100% on the 45w charger?

Not yet. I’m too indecisive lolYou made your mind up yet lol you getting the S10 or note? What made you decide to consider it again?
