Lol, is this the Keynote judging panel or Note9 thread?

The Battery, SPen, Memory and DeX improvements are welcome.

512GB memory plus 512GB Memory Card will be incredible. Still very happy with my Note8, but this is tempting, will see if I get it. My network has an awesome preorder deal going where you can get the 512GB version for the price of 128GB if you preorder.

Hmmm..

That was just my 2cents.

Back to you Keynote judges! :D

The phone is great. The keynote isn’t. I wish they would have focused on the highlights of the phone more.

Did they just say Spotify within Samsung Music app? If so, that's huge being that Samsung Music app has an amazing UI.
Yeah they did.

Whoa that's actually sweet, the Spotify UI is terrible imo.

Currently been using the note 8 since launch and its a good phone. Note 9 meh nice spec bump but there is no issues regarding specs on my note 8.

Some crap AR feature on the camera that no one will use... maybe they should focus on improving the cameras, selfie camera is terrible on samsung turns you into a ghost.

And trying to focus this as a gaming machine well i dont game on a phone and dont care about fortnite lol.

Although if you are not coming from a note and want to try android you will have a good experience on this as i was generally very happy with my note 8 coming from an iphone as I faniced a change.

Actually everyone will use the new AI camera features since it automatically controls the contrast and tone of the shot depending on the subject. As for upgrading from the Note8 it's totally not worth imo.

I am just glad that:

- There's no Notch
- No protruding Camera
- There is a Headphone Jack
- There is still a Memory Card slot

Competitors are quickly lowering the standard, glad Samsung continues to build powerhouses. :D

I am tempted, but my Note8 is still so good, but the Note9 is better, but Note8 still a beast, but Note9 is more of a beast.....but but but argh

They announced it on stage. They don’t usually announce the higher storage variants if they are only available in China/Korea so I think it might be.

They do with the colors though, so I won't hold my breath. But hopefully you're right.

Damn, after seeing the specs and price on this, I am really going to have a hard time even thinking about buying any of the new 3 iPhones. You know the top of the line 11+ will come with 256gb and they will charge $1200. Their storage is always way behind everyone else. I guess that is really how they continue to make so much money.

I was tempted to go back to iOS, but after this, it just seems so much harder.

I’d never need 512gb storage on a phone, but that extra 2gb ram would be nice. Shame they don’t include it on both models. A wireless charging pad I’d never use is the best I’ve seen offered free in the UK.

I managed to watch a little of the presentation while driving to work .

Dare i say it....I was actually impressed with Bixby! It does contextual conversation based interaction. Its not as good as Google Assistant for sure. But it has evolved and come a long way in a short amount of time.

Loved all the new functions of the S-Pen....I mean it can control the phone to some degree. If they open up the api other apps might let you control them as well. Can't find that functionality on any other phone.

The Note 9 proves that the Note line is the premium flagship model for Samsung

8gb of RAM LOL!

Thats amazing....and overload but still!

Havent used a Samsung device in quite a while but is 8GB ram truly needed now a days on an Android device?

This phone is a monster.
