Love the ignore feature on this forum. Anyway....

Returned the phone and placed an order directly with Samsung. They gave me $400 for my cracked phone and they are going to send me a shipping label for it. That's a pretty good deal, imo. Now I won't have to go through all the shenanigans on ebay to sell the thing with all the fees and scam artists. Might have netted a few extra bucks but rather not have the aggravation.

Gotta say, Samsung is pretty easy company to deal with. Very impressed.

I’m still enjoying this phone and all that it does.

Still considering whether I really want to order the iPhone 12 pro max this year as I know a month in, I’ll realise it’s just the same thing for the last few years but with a different form factor. I don’t really use the camera so that’s not even in the equation. I fall for this every year. Lol

Personally i think this years iPhone is a disappointment. Last year i upgraded by iPhone X to the 11 Pro Max. The 12 this year seems to have gone back to the iPhone 5 design, that's not bad in itself i just think that design was around for a while and it's now meh.

Personally i'm sticking with my 11 Pro Max for another year. I hope that next year Apple will pull something better out the bag that will tempt me to upgrade like in previous years.

The Note 20 Ultra is certainly a more unique design, i'm not sure i like that HUGE camera tho. At least Samsung haven't copied Apple's design.

Its a huge disappointment to me. Other 5G its basically a sidegrade. I'm truly frustrated with the lack of innovation from Apple. Samsung, OnePlus, and Google have all eclipsed Apple in feature sets on phones.

I can honestly say that's what it is for me, if it wasn't for the fact that I love the Apple Watch (I think its the best smartwatch hands down, especially for health and fitness). And I have almost all Apple products, I would probably try another phone (most probably the Note series).

I think a lot of it comes down to the ecosystem. I can honestly say that's what it is for me, if it wasn't for the fact that I love the Apple Watch (I think its the best smartwatch hands down, especially for health and fitness). And I have almost all Apple products, I would probably try another phone (most probably the Note series).

Here on MR a lot of the early reviewers say the features are small and incremental.

Ecosystem and user experience is why people love iPhones even if some features do take longer than on android. Apple Watch i agree with is amazing and maybe one of my favourite products ever. I think the bigger upgrades will be in the pro max which will likely be the stand out camera compared to what is out there.

we don’t know the amount of 11 and 11 pro users who are upgrading to the 12 pro and 12 pro max it could be many iPhone 10 and xs max users. This could be apple’s best year since the iPhones 6 when it comes to sales so maybe the new body and 5G is bigger than people think.

My Dad has convinced me to give it to him as he wanted a newer phone.

Ordered the series 6 which arrives today and will wait for the pro max. Like my bigger displays and has the best camera so will wait for that pre order
