crap!

I have got a lot of Philips Hue lights (bulbs and lightstrips) at home. A bunch of scenes created and saved with the iConnectHue app on my iPhone.

Anyone using Philips Hue lights and what Android app are you using to control your Hue lights? And how did you get your saved scenes from iOS to Android/S10?

thanks a lot!

Quick question. Do Samsung phones still give that amount volume warning when turning it all the way up?

yes...so annoying....
There is nothing that pisses me off more than that!

Curious, as I've pretty much made up my mind to cancel my preorder and keep the Pixel, do you have any ambition whatsoever to go back to your Pixel or did the S10 blow you away that much?

Stunning!

How are you getting on with the ceramic black? Are you in or out of a case? It's strange that I can't find any information on the web just how durable it is or the design differences from the regular glass. If this were Apple, they'd have an entire video dedicated to why ceramic is better and showing the processes of how it's made- I do love that stuff!

I'm loving the ceramic though but have a Samsung silicon case on. Not sure how durable it is etc but the finish is to die for

Since when did google start putting ads in YouTube? I don’t mean before videos but there are ads on the search page on my husband’s note 8.

Is this a new thing and am I not getting them because I’ve got YouTube premium?

Oh my days... Preach!
So frustrating. I noticed it more on my Chromebook and now I have this S10 I have noticed it again and it is crazy annoying.

As it happens, I did sign up to YT Premium and YouTube Music last night, and it's basically bliss now, but still a bit of a joke that you have to pay to avoid it.

I was also getting two adverts before some videos before I signed up to premium!

I’ve been on YouTube premium for about 6 months now or since the time it came out in the UK. I can’t deal with ads and those ones on my husband’s phone are just hideous.

Don’t you have them on your XR?

I’m always using a case to be honest but I have a clear case at the moment and it does look nice. Hard to tell how much better it is if i did drop it though. I have bought the silicone case as well for when i go work e.t.c. I do like the look of the back though and looks good in the spigen case i’m Using now.

How’s your battery life? Too early to judge at the moment certainly with how much i’ve Used it. It’s basically died after 7 hours but i was using it non stop. 5 hours, 40 mins screen time at about 5%

I have poor reception in my area. My S10e was having slightly worse signal than a Note 9 does. I am going to compare my S10e vs my XS Max soon.
Yes but according to O2, we should have full bars in our area, yet the S10 Plus is only getting 1-2 bars. Put the sim in another phone and it's showing decent signal.

Done a factory reset and now getting 2-3 bars, but still below what was expected.

Might have to get it replaced then.

Damn, I think ill do a factory reset and only restore my apps. I'll setup everything else from scratch. Hopefully it fixes it.

I did the same. Didn’t solve it on my problem. On the phone with Samsung and trying to get them to troubleshoot remotely.

Even when I'm streaming to my avr that goes way beyond the phone volume, it appears every time I increase it further.

Really liking the wide angle lens. Gives a whole new perspective to smartphone pictures. Assuming you haven't owned a wide angle smartphone camera before.

Is there a way to duplicate pictures from your gallery, either imported pics or ones I've taken? Googled it but can't see any options aside from uploading to a cloud service and then saving again.

Probably charge it soon at 12% and 6 hours 23.

Update: Samsung Support told me the Note 9 doesn't have that and the S10 does have it. The phone is starting bar is normal on their own device in their office too.

Hope you have better luck with Samsung appliances than me. I have a Samsung fridge, washer, and dryer. All 3 have had to be worked on and one replaced. All in under 4 years of owning them.
Well if I had experienced issues after buying two appliances from a company e.g. Hotpoint, I wouldn't have bought a third.

I do but I don't recall seeing them as often and I definitely never got double ads before a video played like I have with the S10.

I'm just annoyed that it's another subscription a month to pay for.
