no issues so far. similar to the air pods. I do love the fact it connects as soon as I put them in my ears and they work just like the air pods.
however I can't get them to connect to my tab s4 the same way...can't even see how to even connect them on the tablet. I'm sure there is something I'm missing in terms of tablet access.

So I was waiting a call back from Samsung to log a complaint and find out once and for all what had happened to my order.
Just checked my phone on a break and I've had an email advising my order is cancelled. No call back at 2 as promised. They just cancelled it.
So now I can't use my voucher code for £50 off as it's showing as already claimed and I have no watch! Winners .

I've had so many discount codes generated by the UK Line store, it's unreal.
I got my S10 Plus Ceramic for £800.

Can't be bothered wasting another minute of my time with this shambles of a company.
Its a ******** over there. I still haven't received my ecertificate even though its well past the 15 days. They just keep telling me to wait 1-2 days and try back if I haven't gotten it yet.
Oh and I asked when the Galaxy Buds will be back on the online store since I'm not going to use $130 on phone cases and they said "we have no idea when or if they will". So I asked, can I use it on a watch then since I'm not going to spend that much on phone cases and they said no, but then changed it to..."Try and use it on a watch and tell us what happens". Ugh, wtf? Well first off I don't have the ecertificate because you guys still haven't sent it and what do you mean just try it? You just told me it wont work for watches.
Their support staff has no clue whats happening. They're up there with the worst support I've ever had to deal with in terms of sheer incompetence.
Can understand that. Samsung UK is not actually Samsung, it's run via a 3rd party called EXPANSYS UK Limited.
really? is this is why it feels like samsung customer services seems good here...
Based on my experience so far i’ve Had no issues but if it’s not samsung themselves that explains things.
Apple are the best though and are a pleasure to sort issues out with.

How much do you guys lose per hour battery wise in standby?
Worked out I lose 2% per hour with AOD off and 6% with AOD on.. On my max it's 2% per hour.

I lose 1 percent an hour without aod which is ok but the snapdragons only lose half a percent percent an hour. The exynos are not as efficient at idle unfortunately but im still getting incredibly good battery life
