In settings on my S9, there is a touch sensitivity setting and it says it is for screen protectors. It's just a on-off toggle iirc. Settings>Display>Touch sensitivity.Their screen protector does work it's just not as fast.
Maybe they have that off out of the box. I noticed it looking for something else. I did have a tempered glass protector on it that only had anhesive on the sides and it didn't fit good, not nearly as well as those that come on the S10. Ended up throwing that protector away lol.
Before you take the protectors off, I'd look for that setting because the protector seems to fit nice.
