For me it is the cameras and video. I would actually prefer the size of the S20+ to be honest.
I figure $1400 minus the trade is $800 then I can get maybe $200ish the extra for the early reserve stuff...so brings it down around $600 all told?

Not sure why Samsung can’t offer all colours Everywhere...
Granted I had guests here and two screaming toddlers so I couldn’t watch it properly. However it seems as though there were no surprises. Everything was as per the leaks. I will be watching it again when the kids go to bed.
don’t forget tax. A $1400 device is going to be over $100 in taxes. So roughly $1500. Man that’s serious money for a phone.
You haven't seen the zooming , when you see things in action certainly makes difference.
Every major tech reviewer has said the zooming beyond 30x is terrible and blurry. The 100x is definitely a gimmick.
My gripe with Samsung releases and pre-orders is....They announce a phone on Tuesday 2/11 but order don't start until 2 weeks later on 2/21 for delivery by 3/06 WTF.....
Announce on Tuesday...pre-order on Friday for delivery next week or atleast the week afterwards. Don't make us wait almost a month lol

anyone that is expecting to take great shots at 100x will be disappointed.....
It’s digital zoom which is crap. The 30x looked ok. I’m more interested in the 5x optical zoom. This should still be quite a big step up from 2x.
then with 108MP on the ultra you can always crop a picture afterwards and still get a good shot.
Then there is always stills from the 8K video....
My thoughts exactly. The older Galaxy S10+ will fly off the shelves now. Samsung will have to do some incredible discounted and trade-in deals to shift them.
Yeah, but you know how people are, iPhones practically sell themselves, huge celebrities use them like Kim Kardashian, Cardi B, Drake, Quavo, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell etc.... Go to some of their Instagram or Twitter pages and you will spot a iPhone XS or iPhone 11 Pro somewhere

some people will do it! Full send! S20 Ultra 512GB!The $600 trade in deal already expired. I was on the page contemplating it but wasn't sure since I wasn't planning on an S20 anyway. Was almost going to pull the trigger on a pink S20 but decided not to. Then went to check on the deal again and it was expired. Samsung does such weird things with its preorder reservations. I had signed up for a reservation and they never emailed me. Doofuses.
They were offering me $300 on my 3XL and that's not bad. But what am I going to do with an S20 and a Note 10+ I don't know. I can see trading my Note for a Z Flip. Sort of. Maybe. I don't know. I'm sick and my head is stuffed and I have to clean the house and pick up kids and I just really want to curl up someplace and pretend I don't exist.
It was fun seeing the new phones though. But I am not feeling any of the colors except for purple on the Z Flip

To be honest I’ve not used telephoto loads on my pro max and wouldn’t use 30x loads but it’s nice to have and you never know when you may use it.
