Got my hands on all 3 S20s today at Best Buy. They weren't as locked down as Verizon had them.
The Ultra is a big phone but not as big as it seemed at the Verizon store with all the lockdown apparatus they had on it! It seems just as thick and heavy as my 11 PM but longer. They had the black and it sure was a fingerprint magnet!

Good and all but rather herd from Supersaf for the UK version:) as there will be a difference I’m sure
In my experience the Exynos has always had great battery life and I don't see the Ultra being any different. This is coming from someone who has owned the S7, S8+, S9+, S10+ 5G and Note 10+. The Note 10+ in particular is great, I can't kill it in one day no matter how hard I try.

My S10 plus was bad so I’m hoping to see improvements Witt this battery. Not that I will get the ultra but still interested

I get tempted every year by the note though

Yeah I remember you having a few issues with your S10 plus, the last phone I owned that gave me any sort of battery anxiety was my S9+, it could be killed in under a day with heavy use. My S10 and Note 10 are easy one day phones, the Note 10 could do close to 2 days with light usage.

That’s all we need is all day phones. My pro max is on 50% when I go to bed and that’s all I need. With the battery in the ultra battery life should be similar

I'm used to my Note 10+ screen, I could go a little larger...?
Yep I can definitely go larger. I like big phones. Even going from the Xs max to the note 10+ I enjoyed the increase in screen size and then going back down to the 11 pro max I felt the decrease in screen size. I have an iPad mini but I wouldn’t mind having a 7+ inch phone and doing away with a small tablet.

I like the fold but I don’t even mind carrying a bigger non foldable phone.

I don’t like having battery anxiety. All I need is for my phone to last me all day. If I’m heavily using my phone say I’m out and I know I’ll be taking a lot of pictures and videos then I can take a portable charger but on a regular day I only need a full day because I can charger at night time. I can get 2 days out of my 11 pro max some days and that’s really good but it’s not a requirement.

And that's really what it's all about. Battery anxiety. I can think of Maybe 1 or 2 times that my phone actually died but it is nice knowing that you can go to a concert or something and not have to worry.

Agreed, one thing I don’t do is check my battery life or pay attention to it until I go to bed...it’s that good and how all phones should be

I played with an Ultra in the store yesterday, and there are 2 things that really stood out to me.

1. It doesn't seem as gigantic as I thought it would be.

2. The increase in megapixels on the selfie camera makes a noticeable difference. I took one selfie each one my Note 10+ and the S20 Ultra and there was so much more detail on the Ultra shot. Less smoothing of the face.

I have watched maybe 20 video and probably read as many reviews and not one video or reviewer mentioned screen flicker. There have been quite a few posted here in this thread as well. So you don't mind if we ask you for a source of this flicker?
Inquiring minds want to know.....
