True, but then again, the original idea of the Note line was for a phablet size, while the regular S line was a "normal" size. Now with the S line matching the Note's size, the Note is losing its differentiation. We already see the difficulties Samsung is having in making the Note 20 (premium pricing, but lack features like faster refresh rate) position in the lineup. The S-pen is the only differentiation left, and looks like the S line is getting it. Samsung will probably just keep one Note Ultra model at the top line.

It's risky due to the much higher price but guess we will see

Well, it's not that the Z line is not a "flagship," as it will receive the top spec as well, but imo that will be used mostly to trial bleeding edge tech like foldables. Meanwhile, the S line is the traditional flagship, top spec with the normal standard hardware people know and love. Once foldable tech becomes a normal thing, I'm sure the S line will also receive the foldable treatment.
But then again it's Samsung. They can change trajectory whenever they want to.

Samsung is very creative but it comes at a very high cost .The galaxy fold either it will make it or break it hard in a short period of time. The cost simply is unsustainable.

The price won't be much difference from s20's . Just add a couple hundred dollars.

Edit: I did read a couple weeks back that the s21 and s21 plus are both getting $100 or more decrease in price but the Ultra might get a $50 increase. Not sure how accurate those reports are though.

How logic it is a 2021 phone with extra features and probably s pen on top of that will cost same price as last years model ?
First of all all the camera is way better and advanced with extra optical zooming and other extras. Battery is bigger and god knows what else is there.

It all looks cool but they kind of messed up the smaller phones for me, downgrading the display specs from what I already have. I’m going to hold onto my pink S21 awhile longer. I want a flat Ultra and they didn’t make it this year, dangit. I like the Z Flips but I’m not ready to get one of those yet, either. They’re not tough enough to survive me, yet.

Finally, to address your comment about extra features always costing more money. Well lets see. Lets look at the iPhone shall we since its the most popular device each year. From 2011 to 2016 the iPhone base price stayed exactly the same. Then the price went up for a few years, then went down a little in 2019 and back up a little in 2020. Are you saying for those 5 years without a price increase the iPhone added no new features at all? Because by your logic, it would have to increase every year.
Oh and finally, the reason I said you have no idea on the price increase is because nobody does. It hasnt been announced or even leaked by anyone that official. There are just guesses based on some rumored pricing.

Well, all my predictions last year were 110% spot on and please do not bring up iphone prices into this otherwise the discussion will go on forever.
I read from at least 5 reliable sources that S21 ultra will be more expensive than 20 ultra by at least €100 or €200 so you better take screenshot of this page because i will prove you wrong.
Oh no over in Android Central I saw an article that states Samsung has excluded SD card support from the two models under the Ultra, which fortunately will retain it. SD card support is one thing I really like about my Samsung phones. It lets me easily move from older to new phone with some artwork I made in my original Note 7 also retained. Sorry I’m babbling. Kids are extra loud today after the first day back to school. Lol. I can’t hear myself think.
You will be ok as long as there is alternatives for that feature. At least the screen is flat and the price for these models are rumoured to be cheaper than last year model ( except the ultra)
