I'm sure your eyes are better than mine. I do have to use reading glasses sometimes. That's what happens when you get in your 50's.
I have my S22 zoomed for large text. It's really nice for reading the screen. Does it much better than the 13 pro. Been keeping my Sim in the Samsung, and I'm going to keep it like this for awhile.

I definitely enjoy the s22 ultra screen better than my iPhone 11 which to my surprise I thought I would start hating after I got the s22 but has held up its own. I think the animations on ios are so smooth that it gives the 120hz screen a run for its money.

i haven't see the beta invites in the Members app yet


Had to reboot then the beta registration was in the Members app. Registered and down loading now

Haha I don't even know what upgrades it brings ...I just tried to enroll in beta and said reached maximum participants WTH ..does it matter how many peeps enroll smh

I have beeb using my S22 Ultra more and more over the past week, to the point where i now leave my iPhone on the bedside table, along with my Series 4 Apple Watch. The first devices i reach for when waking up, are now my Galaxy Watch 4 and my S22 Ultra. I don't know if it's due to an update, but my Ultra is lasting all day on a single charge. Yesterday i took it off charge at 4:30am, by the time i put it on charge at 9pm, it was on 9% battery.

The only thing I'm reluctant to do it add my cards to Samsung Pay, i don't know why but i feel like it's less secure than Apple Pay. I think it's probably because i've been so use to using Apple Pay for so long.

I am on a fence between the iphone 14 max pro and the s22 ultra, how satisfied are you with the camera and photos, and do you use the stylus at all? i kinda wanted to degoogle myself and enter the apple ecosystem but the lack of customization kinda hold me back.
 
My Note 10 Plus suffered from jumping around whilst scrolling and I see LOADS of people mentioning this for the S22 Ultra and that puts me off it BIGTIME. Curiously nobody mentions it here. Every forum says lag, scrolling issues, stuttering and slow operation etc.

My other choice, the Xperia 1 IV suffers from overheating so I'm stumped over what to get next. I'm even pondering going back to the dark side and getting the iPhone 14 when it comes out...:eek:

Is it a known issue the protector over the fingerprint sensor to lift up on the edges? I have had this phone in a full body case and I took it off today to clean it and I noticed that protector for the first time and I thought maybe it was something the guy I got it from put on there but he said no.

I talked to Samsung on chat and they said I could go by any best buy or ufixit and they will do a one time replacement on it. This thing doesn't even work good for me, I wish it had a physical sensor on the back. I will also say the face unlock doesn't work in my uses near as good as the one on my ipad pro 12.9 5th gen

What protector is fitted?

I'm using the samsung branded plastic protectors, I was using a whitestone dome but it kept chipping, which I thought was ironic.

These Samsung branded protectors are easy to install and the fingerprint scanner works perfectly, no deformation.
Face unlock works great, when there's light, but not well when it's dark.
 
Straight from Samsung is there a small circkr film/protector over the area where the fingerprint scanner is?
