Yes you can draw the same parallels between Apple watches to their ultra and its way different to the last Samsung watch you had previously

I too liked the rotating bezel on the classic watch but with the extra complications on the ultra it sort of negates it

I was considering this but decided to go with Benks ArmorAir Aurora.

Jet black wasn't available here. The samsung exclusives are Jade Green and Pink Gold. Whent wit the Pink Gold.

Icy blue (Regular S25) as all my recent devices have been dark/black so it was time to switch it up. I do not use cases fwiw.

Likewise, but it’ll wear off after awhile. I would never use the S-Pen yet am intrigued by the Ultra. I know better / will resist jumping on it 😂

Got mine today! Restoring now with Smart Switch.
First observations…..
This phone might be close to the S 24 ultra specs and a lot of things. But that doesn’t tell the whole story. The form factor with the rounded corners and flat edges are a big deal. They make it seem so premium.
The blue titanium color is almost iridescent in some lights. Did not expect that, but I like it

A few bumps along the way with slamming everything over. The phone itself is awesome and does not feel big or clunky compared to S24+

First thing I did was check with US Mobile to make sure S25 Ultra's are supported before doing the SIM swap.

Can't figure out/recall how to get my analog clock widget and the bicycle on the lock screen

Microsoft authenticator only brought over a few entries. Delete and reinstall of that app sorted it out.

There were 44 Google Play app updates and ~9 Samsung Store ones.

WhatsApp (separate) backup restore was cumbersome.

All my Secure Folder items migrated and most settings made it (backup/restore of Nova was flawless)

Historicallly, Intune corporate portal took a while to setup the Work folder and O365 apps to appear (some number of hours).

I rebooted after updating Google Play System Update and noticed the Work folder was created and a few of the MS apps were there.

I love how the screen is bigger than the S23 ultra yet it's smaller. The bezels are slimmer and I love the anti reflective screen. It feels a little lighter and the flat sides at first surprised me and I wasn't a fan at first. It looked like a regular slab phone but it's growing on me. I will text the camera this weekend. The S23 ultra looks more vivid but that's due to the screen. I noticed a similar effect on my Tab S10 ultra.
