Standard T&C'sI'm sure it's fine but it's been a while since I ordered from Samsung. Estimated deliver is Wednesday but the order still has the cancel button. Thought it would be progressing by now. Or is that completely normal?
bu.....bu.....I want it now....Standard T&C's
You cant cancel once shipped, so the button is there
You have waited a year, so a day or 2 more should not matter![]()

I did. Ordered literally the day before it ended haha. So I got the 512gb for the price of 256gb and had enough credit for Buds 3 Pro.Did you manage to the get the offer before it was removed? the email with the £200 off, the free storage upgrade AND the free buds 3?
I've just looked and that deal has now ended. I'm sure they will have another deal at some point tho.
I'd definitely wait the next couple of days, you can then see what you think personally. Everyone online will have a different opinion but ultimately it's what you think since you're the one going to be using it.
Nice! Yeah I am not sure if I'll use smart switch or just set up brand new. The only thing I would really like to transfer over are all of my text messages from my iPhone but I'm not sure if that would even work that well. Here's mine with the Pitaka black case. Love the slimness, it's pretty remarkable. Still a bit slippery and definitely not slam boy certified, so I'm on the lookout for another case.
I can already tell battery life isn't nearly as good as my OnePlus 13. But aside from battery the S25U wins in almost every other category. First time using a Note/Ultra, didn't expect to enjoy it this much. The screen is really the star of the show, super thin bezels, amazing. I initially used Smart Switch to transfer data from the OP13 and last night decided to factory reset and set up new to avoid any carryover issues.
I haven't sideloaded Home Up yet, I've been reading that there may be some odd bugs, but man do I miss that app within Good Lock. It was by far my favorite utility on my S24+.

There is still a 5% deal on and most carriers still have the double storage and free buds dealDid you manage to the get the offer before it was removed? the email with the £200 off, the free storage upgrade AND the free buds 3?

I just fired up Smart Switch on my iPhone and set the S25U to receive. You need to use a wired USB-C connection in order to have everything transferred. You should be able to just transfer messages. Here's a photo of wired transfer mode. If you use wireless you can't transfer messages and most of your other data, the options don't pop up.Nice! Yes, the popup folder style and changing all grids to at minimum 6x6 are the first things I set. I also like the app switcher mode where you have all of the windows open on the screen (like split screen mode on steroids) and can easily select an app. Sound Assistant is also a must-have. My main gripe with the Pixel is that sounds still play on the phone even when connected to BT earbuds. OnePlus has a sound manager where you can change this as does Samsung Sound Assistant. No idea why Google can't do this. What settings do you apply with Home Up?
I like the Popup Folder style along with adding more grids to the Home/App Screen… Oh yeah, the App Icon Settings to make the icons smaller (used to be in Theme Park). Home Up is a great module within Good Lock… but Sound Assistant would be my favorite.
Thanks, but I already had the regular wallpapers. I mean the dynamic one that changes when unlocking the phone and such.Try here

Welp, time to send this POS back and stay on my iPhone. 😂it does not.

Thanks! Yeah I'll do wired for sure then. Good to see that they can actually transfer over.I just fired up Smart Switch on my iPhone and set the S25U to receive. Really? OnePlus has a Sound Manager similar to Sound Assistant… I didn’t know. Main reason I like Sound Assistant is that I can have simultaneously audio streams, eg. YouTube & PocketCast.OnePlus has a sound manager where you can change this as does Samsung Sound Assistant. No idea why Google can't do this.

I misspoke, sorry. It isn't a separate app or utility, there are a bunch of sound settings and options baked into the OS. Same thing for the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, if they are connected a whole separate "app" within settings activates where you adjust all the sound settings. It's pretty nice and intuitive.Really? Is that something that's even noticeable? It's unfortunately one of the "cut backs" they made with this year's phone. They're using the previous gen plane, while the iPhone and Pixel are using the newer version.
where did I say that?Is that something that's even noticeable?
You didn't. I was just asking.where did I say that?
Yeah, as well as the less durable screen in terms of scratch resistance. I'd never see the difference 10 bit vs 8 bit + FRC. The screen is better than my OP13 and 16PM. Apple still cheaps out on screens. I don't understand how my OP13 and S25U can have perfectly uniform, white accurate displays and yet my 16PM has slight uniformity issues and orange tint at one corner when TT and NS are strongly enabled. I returned + rebought I think 3 16PM and sold another 2 as to not abuse return policies. Not noticeable with my daily settings on my current 16PM but still, I won't give Apple a pass for this. It's unfortunately one of the "cut backs" they made with this year's phone.
