Yeah that’s strange. If you have the 28-5th date and ordered through Apple it should be in route. People with later dates have already shipped. I would call Apple.

Yeah that’s strange. If you have the 28-5th date and ordered through Apple it should be in route. People with later dates have already shipped. I would call Apple.
My phone is on the same pallet. Just adding up flight times it doesn't seem physically possible for my phone to make it to Lubbock by tomorrow morning unless it has already left and tracking just hasn't updated.
UPS and Apple order page still says Tuesday delivery, but phone is, according to UPS, still in ZZ (since 9/21) -- wondering if there is a glitch in the tracking system, or they really think they can pull off a ZZ -> Washington, DC adventure in approximately 24 hours, probably less than 24 from the way things look.
So I have the same issue 28th-5th date 256 silver XS max-still says order processing. When I log into the apple store it says “This item will take longer than usual to ship. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment.” I have contacted them twice and they say it will deliver in 1-2 weeks.
When your sitting at work running radar and you are tracking the ups truck that has your phone for delivery today and you see the truck go by.

Same. I DM’ed UPS this morning and they said there is no update because the package is in transit.
Yeah, Apple's page still shows a Wednesday delivery for me, but UPS still shows no updates since the 21st and continues to have no updates. Oh well, I'll try to be as happy as possible for my wife and her phone, lol.
As much as I try to remain positive, I'm still bummed out at the prospect of not getting my phone on the promised time
sure it's just a phone, but I was really excited to get it on Tuesday! Had my entire day planned around it, lol (I know...)Wife's phone is in the neighboring town! She'll get her phone today.

Kinda weird they would say it is "in transit" when it arrived but hasn't departed yet. Assuming yours is just like mine. lol. Blah. I best just focus on work today.
I have a lot of downtime at work today, which doesn't help with my obsession to constantly check the tracking update... at least I'll be stuck in meetings tomorrow morning to keep me distracted from the fact I won't be getting my phone (or I do, by some miracle!)
I'm one of the lucky one who is stuck in ZhengZhou. After it shipped Apple said I'd receive it on Oct 4-8. UPS said Sept 25 up until they removed any date. Now Apple says I'll have it tomorrow.
I feel like the phones are not in ZhengZhou and are probably in the US somewhere. Why it hasn't been tracked I do not know. It's not like one phone is missing, it's a pallet. The pallet did not get lost.

Hopefully we don't have to launch an investigation into our pallet being 'missing' and the phones are in fact somewhere in the US.

Honestly, I would be surprised if there were no scans on these. I've ordered from Amazon for over a decade (I think?) and have dealt with a LOT of UPS packages. I'll be pleasantly surprised if so, but I bet the decision was made to let this pallet sit because, after all, it wasn't promised till October 5th at the latest. So why waste the $? Just really really weird to see absolutely no movement for 3+ days.
I'll be checking my ZZ UPS tracking and post as soon as I see any movement.
I'm wondering where our phones are going? Doesn't look like there are too many flights to Anchorage from Taiwan?
