Hope so too. If they charge cards a week prior to shipping, then today or tomorrow for next wednesday delivery.
They charge as soon as they assign you a device and print the label. It doesn’t take a week then to receive the device. I think if (wishful thinking) we see any type of movement today, we could receive devices either Friday or Monday. If no movement today, I would say we are not going to be happy this weekend.
I'm in this boat too. Didn't order until Friday afternoon, since the X --> XS upgrade just isn't as exciting as previous upgrades. But finally jumping into the Apple Upgrade Program is what convinced me. It'll be nice to see the phone arrive earlier than expected. The comforting factor this time is I'm not *quite* as excited about this upgrade as I have been in previous years, so it's a *little* easier to be patient.

I had checked UPS before and nothing came up. Here is my Apple page:
My fiancee's phone was ordered within an hour of mine and her UPS has not seen a label created yet. Will update as it updates.

I just tried that and nothing, used my phone number and order number minus the last two digits..
It’s a good sign that you had checked before and nothing showed up. It’s a little after 9am in China, so maybe they are just starting to process our phones. Without having to search back, what and when did you order? Include carrier please.
just to be sure, you didn't also order a case or anything else from apple did you? those have caused people to come up with false positives in the past.
i just ran my phone number as a reference and a case i ordered was the only thing that comes up.
i hope that is your phone though, that gives the rest of us hope.

What are the chances we see a Friday or Saturday delivery? 0%?
I think for a Friday delivery it has to move to Preparing today. Last year I received my Apple Watch from UPS on Saturday after launch, but I think that’s only because it was scheduled for the Friday, but they lost it in the truck or something.
Why is it funny for an iPhone X owner to want the new up and coming? I own an iPhone X and I bought an iPhone X’s Max. So I’m not suppose to preorder the new iPhone because I make it difficult for people who upgrade every 2 years?
I also just used my phone number as reference on UPS and got this, but my Apple page still says "Processing." Too much to get my hopes up for Friday?
