I ordered an unlocked XS Max on Friday 9/14 at about 9AM ET and received a shipping date of 9/28 - 10/5 and it's still in Processing status at Apple. Not thinking this is a good thing based on the number of people receiving phones by now.

I ordered about 1/2 hour after launch. 10-15 minutes earlier and would have already had my phone. Probably on release day.

Just received my official update from UPS that it will be delivered tomorrow.
Wife and I ordered our 512 Xs MAX phones at around 6am PDT Friday morning. Wife got hers Monday, I'm supposed to get mine Friday. Her phone went out in the first batch, looks like mine the second. If yours is still processing, yeah, probably going to be next week definitely. :/
I ordered on 9/16 at a pretty late time (EST) and initially had a delivery date of Oct 1 - 8 from Apple, and then once it shipped on Friday (9/21) UPS quoted 9/25, and now due to delays (UPS blames Apple, typhoon, and the federal holiday so unsure the exact reason) pushed to 9/27 but since the phone finally got out of China I trust this delivery date.
I ordered Verizon version iPhone Xs Max 256GB in Gold, used my upgrade and on DPP.
Suspected UPS flight just landed in KY, so its gonna take time to unload that UPS 747 and scan and sort. But we should see that later today

I finally woke up to my phone being shipped to South Korea and my fiancee's left Alaska. Woo hoo. Thursday delivery for both, hopefully!

Heading to apple store after dad doctor appointment. We bought dad xs max gold 64 and mom xs max 256 gold.
Now since near apple store has them in stock 256gb gold max my dad want to return 64 and get 256.
We bought it and have appointment at 1-1:30 but I would probably get there about 12.
Any thoughts on this appointment thing if you show up early

I wish it would scan into Louisville. The woman driving me around today was like, “just call them and see if they will hold it...we’ll go by and pick it up!” Hah.

I ordered an XS on 9/14 at about 7:30 PM ET and got the 9/28-10/5 shipping date, got it Monday the 24th from UPS
My guess is, this is a Louisville scan assuming the time they are showing is in EST
