iPad Pro Share the results of your retail store Apple Pencil stock check

I haven't canceled my online order, currently scheduled for as early as Friday. When it arrives I'll be returning it to the Apple Store. I have no desire to be a scalper (I don't need the money) so if supplies are still constained and a fellow Manhattan Beach resident (or if anyone wants to drive out here) wants one I will meet you at the store and put it in your hands as I return it. PM me if you are interested, first person who is able to work with my schedule will get it.

To be clear, not the one I just bought, the one that apple will be shipping me as early as the 19th (next day air). You'll still have a couple days to wait as my online order is still "processing".

naah I cant just walk away from what im doing right now, but if you do go and you see there are some left, can you alert a brotha? Im up in Hollywood so its not too far? I mean I have not ever been to that store so I dont know how far away it is in this time of day traffic.

I went to City Creek in SLC, UT today and got two. It's great! Now to cancel my apple store order. I still have one on order with staples as a backup, but will be returning it once I get it in a few weeks.

Trying every day here in Oregon. So far - nothing. But I will be there again tomorrow morning and every morning until lI leave on my trip - where I was looking forward to working with the Apple Pencil and my new iPad Pro.

Sweet, I'm in North Salt Lake and may have to check City Creek out early in the morning.

Confirmed that Seattle University Village still had 5 at 2pm after I bought mine.

I'm glad I finally got a pencil, and it is fantastic! Why didn't Apple wait a week to launch the iPad Pro? If they had launched it tomorrow, every store would have plenty of stock for most people and there wouldn't have been this drama...

Curious, an employee said this and I said that was silly, but perhaps your right. Of course I had no idea they would come in now.

I called them yesterday, I guess they still have some, which is surprising. I'm not going to drive into the city just for this though. Parking is a drag.
 
No luck in DFW today guys. Southlake store said they wouldn't get more until next week. Which seems silly, because I thought they didn't know when they got some.

Yes, me thinks BS. Unless they are actually telling them things now, which would be shocking.
 
Apple Store Biltmore (Phoenix, AZ) had about 8 pencils in stock as of an hour ago. I only purchased ONE and forwent the potential eBay windfall.

Now I just need to find a SmartKeyboard...
