42mm SS with medium brown leather loop.

I read every page of this thread and I've noticed a pattern with 38mm watches.

People's indecisiveness is off the charts!

For me, it's more about $50 is nothing to me (baller) and it's more watch for the money?

But the 42 nearly covers my wrist end to end.. tough call

One thing is for sure, SS is way better than the sport. worth every penny

Picked up a 38mm SG BSB yesterday. I have a 42mm on order and I'm trying to decide which one to keep. Do you think the 38 looks too small?

Looks great to me. And you've made me glad that I've ordered a black sport band for my SS with classic buckle. I've realized that I like the size of the 38mm on my wrist but the classic buckle looks to slim where the band meets the watch, to me. The black sport band will look better, again, to me. Thanks for the pic. Looks great on you.

On another note; the day I got my 38mm and put it on I thought it looked a little small on me. We had a family gathering that evening with about 10 people, none of which know anything about the Apple Watch. So I asked them all if it looked too big or too small on me. Most gave me a puzzled look and ALL said it looked like a "normal" watch.

THIS.

No one is ever going to know the difference in size when you don't have one to compare to. When I tried them on, the 38 looked fine on its own. When you put it up with the 42, then it looked small.

Don't know many people that are going to be wearing two at the same time.

had it a little over a week. still learning how to use it and enjoying it very much.

Of course £30 or $50 is nothing. That's not the point!!!

Sizes

Hm. I've been reading this forum every day since the launch and this thread is great. Congrats to all of you who got the watch yet.
But ... what concerns me is the size choice and the photographs you are posting.
There has been a lot of threads about 38mm vs 42mm. I personally thing that 42mm suits most men and even some women better but don't flame on me. It's your choice of course. 38mm - considering your wrist / arm thinness - suits teenagers, young people and women the most. But there is one thing. All of you people considering only your arm wrists in deciding which size you'll get. Try and post pictures in front of your mirror and consider your whole body.
I've seen only these three guys do that (I hope they don't mind If I use their photos):

Watches are mainly for reading time but they are fashion / personal device as well. And body type constitution should be considered here as well.
As you can see those first two guys have 38mm Sport versions. It looks good on them. I think they could have the 42mm but 38mm suits them well since their body constitution goes well with gentle look of the 38mm - let's say "sporty" type. On the other hand the third man wears the 38mm Sport as well. IN MY HUMBLE OPINION it doesn't suits him well. He's more muscular type and 42mm will positively suits him better. So I think you should consider your body type constitution as well, guys.
I've retouch one picture on the net. Take it as just a rough picture of what I've been talking about.

P.S.: For those who could be offended by my opinion or something. Find the meaning of the word forum.

Based on the pictures you post of yourself and the cartoon you posted on body shapes, it's clear you're the body type of the character in th green trunks, which still doesn't necessarily mean you're a 38 or 42mm. The way you're overthinking this is now of comical levels

Let people get what they want without judging

Problem with these forums are the people that don't want to hear other opinions and that's really sad.

I'm curious - without looking at any of my prior posts - can anyone guess which watch size this is from the just the pic? For the record my wrist size is 175mm.

Would be interesting to see how people perceive it with all this sizing talk going on.
