Wow go to bed and get up and this thread has turn to crap, jrswizzle has too much time on their hands, a whole day of arguing and looks like they have gone to bed and the young NZ lad Techgod has woken and taken over the wheel, lol:eek:

don't you have some sheep to look after or something ;)

Nah, just carrying out Jrwizzle's legacy:p

Slow day at the office - meanwhile I've moved on, you should too.....

Wrong, but since I've explained it about a thousand times I don't expect you to get it. I've made peace - you and Robster wanna keep poking me, that's fine.

On another forum i visit most of your posts would have been deleted for off topic, trolling and personal attacks, just saying :)

Its open slather on here.

Ha...man - I never attacked nor trolled anyone.

Off-topic? Yes....which I have since apologized for and moved on.

Wrong - I'm about a decade his senior.

Well that explains it, i was reading the other day that the part of your brain that determines between right and wrong doesn't mature till your mid to late 20's :)

Yay! *group hug*

To be honest I prefer it to Android banners. With the iOS ones I can read it and tap to immediatly respond or swipe to dismiss the banner.

Sounds the same as Android to me

I have a question about your sig....if you have a 5s, why do you have a 5c? IMO the 5c is just a cheap version. I mean it is really unimpressive looking. Just curious.

5S is my work device - I actually really like the 5C. Design wise its more comfortable to use than the 5S. I had a variety of Android devices before landing back on the 5C for personal use.

On stock I can't press the banners to open that app.

I'm saying the BANNERS as they come up.

I ****ing hated that in iOS. Literally one of the worst things about the user experience for me. It gets in the way of what you're doing. Android's notifications that stay within the status bar are far less intrusive.

I loved that! I wish I could tsp the banners on Android but I can't :(

To each their own for sure, I prefer androids implementation in this case :)

IOS lock screen wins for sure for me though. Android needs to copy it already.

Sorry but i just don't see the good in iOS lockscreen. I don't want all my private stuff splashed on the screen for everyone to see. I think having notification icons on the top bar is more functional as I can see all status at once.

That's a fair point.

Personally I want both at the same time. I'm okay with my private stuff on the lockscreen.

I don't have anything seriously private. I never use a pass code and love having my swipable notifications on the lock screen. Again different opinions here...

Any idea if Apple going to allow web based appstore purchases.

No I was just attending an after school tutorial and catching the train :D

I removed notifications for most of the apps. Lot of games kids play on my phone. I hate to see lot of junk popping up in my notification screen (some dinosaur eggs hatching etc.,). Is it possible to remove them from IOS as well?
