All you get for being on JOD is screwed. I’m done with T-Mobile and their bs. I think I’ll return my delayed phone to get out of JOD and get the phone on Apple’s upgrade plan with Verizon. My brother used Apple’s upgrade plan for his Max, my UPS MyChoice says it will be here tomorrow. My JOD phone won’t be here until Monday shipped Ground.
Rep on phone said if I went into the store to get the XS Max 256gb I’d be SOL because the stores aren’t stocking anything except 64
I called 611 a little while ago because it says Saturday for my delivery now when I was promised it on Luanhc Day when I pre-ordered at 3am last Friday. I asked for a credit because I was lied to about the shipping and also the fact that I paid $118 down on JOD despite the fact Twitter kept saying $0 down. The man on 611 said they got a notice to give no more credits, that too many credits were being given out. He told me that this is something that was beyond their control and that no pre-order will ever be promised to arrive ona day. So basically I think their telling us to buzz off now. I called back and was told that I already called about this issue, so I guess I ain’t getting no credit...

My series 4 silver aluminum 44mm white sport loop got charged this afternoon, it still says “being processed” and it has an ship date of “9/21-10/09” wth no label created and no tracking number. My watch order didn’t end up going through until 3:55 am EST whereas my Xs max preorder went though at 3:15am EST and is arriving tomorrow.

Exactly... Not sure about you, but mine also includes "Next Scheduled Event: by 11:59 P.M." in the shipment progress"
I live in Phoenix :-/ too bad my phone is still KY and my delivery is Wednesday
