Ordered XS Max at like 12:03 and estimated shipping is 9/25. A hole lady didn’t give me shipping options. T-Mobile sucks on this release

I was thinking about this earlier and it seems nobody has blamed UPS for these problems.. It appears that UPS has decided to redirect our shipments to next week.. Mine actually started out as a tomorrow delivery, then promptly was changed.. Do we even know that T-Mobile is the one dispersing the packaging themselves? It sounds like everything was sitting at the docks for UPS to pick up and sort out and they are the ones to get mad at. Granted, it could still be T-Mobile but i'm just trying to play Devil's Advocate.

Nothing to do with UPS. They were given the packages today. They cannot start working on what they do not have.

Tmobile f****ing useless. Why would they do their customers like this and not deliver phones ordered at midnight and on top of it charge ground delivery of 6.99 and others get two day shipping for free? F****ing logic in that??
If Verizon store has phones In stock I'm done with tmobile gimmicks.

But why would T-Mobile even get the packages first from Apple? That's not usually how things work in these huge type of shipping situations. Usually it's called drop ship, it's an ordered placed to Apple for the item.. So the only way I can see this is T-mobile's fault is that they took too long in places the orders to ship to everyone.

I'm NOT defending T-mobile or UPS.. Just trying to figure out who exactly is dropping the ball.. I've had UPS fail me NUMEROUS times causing ridiculous delays that made NO sense at all.

Update: departed Houston tonight.

Unfortunatelt, it has been like this for years. I have never had a preorder leave Tmobile’s warehouse on a Wednesday. Only Thursday. Not sure if its a restriction from Apple’s part or they just wanted to send a certain amount out at the same time... Very curious to find out more though.

I’m JOD with ground shipping for 9/24, well at least I got $50 back via chat, will just wait till Monday.

T-Mobile only had one job, to send our phones and they couldn’t even do that right because they were too busy hiring a bunch of people who can’t even speak English let alone place an order. T-Mobile is a joke at this point, first the down payment , then this? I’m switching to Verizon. Everyone should of gotten express shipping if you pre ordered like usual but they failed to let there ****** ass reps know that. A ****ing joke is what T-Mobile is . Period

Zzzzzz....

First and last time I'll pre-order...was not worth staying up to order on 9/14

so I ordered 3 phones on the 14th. 2 of them were done as soon as preorders opened and the 3rd phone was ordered around noon on the 14th. All 3 phones have had their shipping updated but the crazy thing is that phone 1 & 3 left Louisville for Mpls but the 2nd phone left Louisville --> Rockford, IL and then onto Mpls. Strange that the phones are taking different routes to get to me.

Chat told me to buzz off - I guess it's hit or miss with the reps. They basically said oops, that's not our fault.. It's ground shipping on JOD, only got 2 day if you got a new line, etc. etc... Nothing.

Welcome to getting di**cked around. please bend over for tmobile.

You remember when they were doing the 4 lines for $120? They reneged on that on me too and I had to bitch up and down and they ended up giving me a decent credit but said they cannot honor that plan anymore. And it's "OKAY" because there are no contracts and they could care less if I left. Nice one, T-Mob.
