Will I get free shipping when I order the new iPhone?

What shipping do you have?
 
I just logged into my T-Mobile account and saw that both of my phones have been shipped and are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. UPS 2nd day air shipping. I ordered my XS last Friday around noon and my wife’s MAX around dinner time the same day.

I ordered through T-Mobile app chat. Got free 2nd day air and she didn't even ask me. I just ordered the Max 64GB today through the app chat and I would have had to pay. He did ask what shipping I wanted and I tried to fight for free 2nd day shipping but he wouldn't do it. I got free ground 7 day shipping. :( I'm a JOD customer too. I'm hoping it will change to 2nd day when the time comes.

Mine finally confirmed delivery on Monday. I ordered from guy I knew at store.

If I had known I might have asked about expedited shipping.

Sucks. Lesson learned. This is my first upgrade with T-Mobile since I just switched from att.
 
But I'm thinking of leasing it through apple next time. It does not worth the headache and energy, and I personally don't like to deal with these type of unprofessional reps who messed up the orders at midnight.

Mine departed Kentucky at 7:35. Though they have it scheduled for Saturday delivery now I wonder if it might get rescheduled to tomorrow. Atlanta is close enough to get it in under the wire unless they hold it due to the ground shipping nonsense. I truly feel for the people who got ground and have to wait until Weds. T-Mobile dropped the ball big time with this SNAFU. First world problem yes, but bad customer service. It’s like saying hey, you can celebrate Christmas on the 26th or later, when the party is already over.

If they have you scheduled for Saturday delivery, there is a very good chance you’ll get moved up to tomorrow. UPS usually doesn’t do Saturdays for normal deliveries. it’s very expensive to get Saturday service..

That’s what I’m thinking. Fingers crossed! I hope everybody gets moved up.
 
Hey yall... I know @nateatlarge works for Boeing and is running those planes in the sky LOL... keep in mind that I work for Honeywell making APU's, so we are making it possible for the pilot to steer the plane in the right direction.... LOL.
