That's why I thought that perhaps UPS has some owning up as part of the blame..
Hey people... anyone know... On the Add-a-line promo for the $700 off... I know you cannot cancel that line... but lets say in 2 or 3 months... I want to cancel one of of my OLDER lines... does that cancel the monthly credit too?
There are UPS issues going on it appears. But T-Mobile dropped the ball with ground shipping. They were not at all clear on shipping when people called customer service to order. And if you have JOD like I do that is your only route to order. So those with ground shipping were kinda screwed by T-Mobile. UPS problems are just making an already bad situation worse. Now yes this is a first world problem. But this sort of thing can sour the joy of the whole event. Hopefully they learn from this and improve for the future. Both T-Mobile AND UPS.

For folks seeing the new phone imei number on their T-Mobile account (either on the web or app), where are you seeing it? My phone (paid in full not eip or jod) is slated to arrive tomorrow but I don't see it reflected anywhere on my t-mobile account. The order just updated to "shipped" status tonight.

If Verizon store has phones I'm leaving tmobile. To much BS to deal with on a repeated basis. Not just this launch

T-mobile app chat. Tried everything else at first, but web pages wouldn't work. Last year I called and made no difference. They promised it would be the same as ordering through app or on t-mo.
I think they lied to all of us who preorder on Jump on Demand and there are many of us.
How could I have 2 watches, charges went through 9 hours aga, and no ups movement? Aren't you only supposed to be Changed upon item being in stock and shipped? I can't cancel orders and go to tmo store. Mishandling of everything this year.
