Same as what happened yesterday, no delivery date, then updated to tomorrows date, then rescheduled for next week. You have a small chance, but don’t get your hopes up. You need a departure scan. Without it your phone is just sitting somewhere.
And — that was Monday morning. I also did my first order Friday morning via Messenger. That went quicker - like 25 mins. I don’t do the midnite thing though — that’s 3 AM here. I’ve never had an issue with availability several hours after launch.
Also did the 8 and X via Messenger, no issues.
I have ground shipping. I just got a departure scan at 7:53pm Louisville Kentucky time. Not sure where it's going, or how fast it's moving. Part of me wants to hold on to the small possibly of delivery tomorrow. Anyone else with ground got an update?
Just got off the phone with t-mobile, dude on the phone told me that they "will be ready to ship" on the 21st. I asked him if that means delivered and he kept insisting on "shipped" so I guess a lot of us are suppose to receive our phones on Wednesday... Lame! I sold my iPhone 7+ and I need to ship the phone tomorrow, I may just go down to one of the stores and see about picking one up at the store I cant be without a phone for 6 days. Next time I will just order from Apple!

Mine say's will arrive 9/26 and not super upset like some. Mostly upset that this pre-order page says we should get 2-day shipping.

I was holding out hope for a Louisville departure tonight but haven’t seen one yet. It wouldn’t take them long to get to my local hub from there. If they’d left tonight I’d have a decent chance of getting it tomorrow.
No. I knew to ask for overnight for free. Last year I did ground and got it overnight. Maybe I got lucky or maybe T-Mobile has a deal when the phones go through and UPS auto updates shipping through hubs. It happens

Bastards...told me I’d get it launch day and now it’s showing on 9/26! Over an hour on the phone starting at midnight.
I agree there is still a small chance. My watch was shipped this morning 2nd day air; according to tracking it’s already here in my city for delivery tomorrow, phone isn’t. Both are coming from the same place, so there are different shipping methods / routes being used.
Both my xs/Xs max have a shipped status on my T-Mobile with 9/21 as delivery date. Where are y’all getting tracking numbers from?
Max has made it’s way from Louisville, KY to Mathers, CA. Just a hop and a skip over to Phoenix now. Confident I’ll be picking it up from the UPS store after work tomorrow. I didn’t even order until late morning next day.
My order has been updated! Being delivered tomorrow! I ordered on the 14th at 1:45am PDT (64GB Silver XS). So excited!!!
