It sucks because the site says next ‘update by 5pm’. It’s about to be the 2nd ‘5pm’ without an update smh
Just got off the phone with UPS and the rep said that the phones are in transit and will most likely be delivered on the due date !
Wait, so you guys were able to refuse your JOD order when it arrives and just pay another down payment at a local store (if they had one in stock) and then when the UPS order gets sent back to TMO then you just continue on with your plan?
Cannot get over the fact that this screen is just amazing. Can see it clearly even with my polarized sunglasses. If only my car’s android headunit would have a screen similar to this my life would be complete, lol.
Did any of you upgrade from the X using the “free iPhone upgrade program”? The one where you turn in the device to T-Mo? If so, you still have to make a down payment?
Lol. Tmobile protection 360. Is applecare plus. Even though u are paying tmobile the $15 a month, anything that happens to the phone is taking care with applecare. (U have to go to apple store) All the same benefits. The only thing that is not included is theft & lost which apple handles (not sure if private or outsource company). For tmobile u have to deal with assurance and pay the dedictable Both dedictable arr same. Apple and assurance. To around $270 for a replacement after lost/theft claim.
I have used assurance before a couple of time. Paid the dedictable after i lost a gs8 and an ipad. Both were deliver next day brand new sealed box.
To those of you who spoke to T-Mobile T-Force about refusing the JOD delivery, how is it going to work exactly?

- Get another iPhone on JOD at a T-Mobile store
- Pay the same down payment
- Have 2 phones on JOD temporarily
- Refuse the UPS delivery
- T-Mobile receives the package
- T-Mobile removes the original phone from your JOD account
- T-Mobile refunds one of the two down payments
I can’t speak so much for speed - but I can say signal strength is reduced at my home by 1 bar than what it was with my X. I still have the X to compare it to. Also, for the first time at my home, this phone will drop out of LTE and into 4G. XS Max 64GB
Oh — and I went to do JOD return at T-Mobile store around the block where I usually do them. They were surprised I even had the XS Max because they said the didn’t get any of the new iPhones in the store yet.
I paid exactly the same as I did calling in at midnight. For the iPhone Max 256GB, $250 down and $41/month. Local T-Mobile has a couple in stock today.

One benefit you are forgetting about P360 is that if you buy a screen protector from the T-Mo store after adding P360 to your account, you get free replacement screen protectors for the life of the phone. There is no limit to the amount of replacements either. If the screen protector breaks, go to your nearest T-Mobile and they will replace it on the spot, free of charge.
Are they going to refund you one of the down payments when they get the phone back? I just want to understand the process more before I attempt to do the same as you.
Yes but his is not important if u think about it. Since a tempered glass they sell is $40. U can get a 3 pack for $6-7 in amazon. 3 pack full coverage edge to edge for $12+ (which tmobile doesnt carry). Dont see the benefits on getting rip off by tmobile.
I ordered 3 screen protectors and it came with a piece of plastic that you put in a like a case and then throw the screen protector on and it's perfectly aligned. Id recommend getting it. Very pleasing to look at my screen protector perfectly applied now.
