That's annoying. I hopped over at 1:50 Central and clicked the link and was done super fast!
I finally got mine fully ordered at about 215 central. I've signed everything and I've got an estimated date of 10/26. 64GB Product Red. He actually said I was the first person through his call center that got fully processed.

I actually trying to cancel my order since I got one right after through the Apple Store App for in-store pick up which was my preferred option this year due to a meeting on the 26th. Now the site is slow as hell! Guess I clicked at the right time.

I'm still one of the people hanging on to Jump on Demand, so calling in (or *shudders* Twitter) are pretty much my only option. Thankfully it's been pretty smooth the past 3 and now 4 times. I'd love to be able to just breeze into a store but alas. I've made it a bit of a ritual every year though, driving to the depot to pick it up, then hitting McDonalds to set it up and breakfast.

I almost always have it held at the depot and pick it up. This is the first year I haven't been able to arrange my schedule to be home on launch day. I'm glad in store pick up was an option - it may be fun to try!

I got lucky this year, I started school again and I don't have class on Friday. And my doctors appointment isn't till 930, so I'll be able to make the 25min dash to the depot and make it back with no issues. It was looking shaky at one point though and thought I'd have to stare down the street all day.

Nice! I hate the jumping-at-every-truck-noise wait, lol!

I live on the side of my area closest to the nearest depot, so we are last in line for deliveries. It can be anywhere from like 3pm to 9pm depending on how many deliveries. I'd rather just spend the time to drive than deal with that, especially with an expensive thing like a phone.

White 128g XR ordered no problems through the T-Mobile app. I gotta say that’s a first. It usually has some sort of glitch but I have my emails and confirmations. I know it’s not gonna be as high of a demand color as well.

I wasn't going to preorder through T-Mobile because I've always bought directly from Apple, and I like the idea of having my phone and plan completely separate. However, this year I was declined for Apple financing. No problem, I figured I'd set money aside every paycheck for a few weeks until I could buy it outright.

Then, at 3:30 AM, I get up to use the bathroom. I usually don't. But last night, I did.

On a whim, I check out T-Mobile's financing offer, since I was up already. Okay, 36 months, that kind of sucks. But I if I want to bail I can always pay it off early. Maybe that's not so bad.

Three minutes later, and I have a 128 GB red XR ordered. I really don't have much self control when it comes to iPhones, clearly.

I tried 3x to order online while trading my 6S+ at 2p ET using extended purchase plan. Each time it kicked me out when I reached payment for tax. On 3rd attempt, instead of $250 credit over 24 months,it said $122 1 time credit! LOL. So I called and they completed the order for me and waived all add-ons. Red 64GB XR

SO--- are all of these new Xr T-Mobile promos for 36-month only?

If so, that's incredibly disappointing. I like the discount, but prefer it over 24 months. 3 years is too damn long.

Since it's interest free and there is no penalty for paying it off early and they give you the ability to make additional device payments at any time, you can still pay it off over 24 months if you chose. 36 months just gives more flexibility. You don't have to take the full 36 months to pay it off.

I don’t see the 24 month option anymore. Looks like it’s now 36 months. That just mean I’ll start off with low payments and then pay it off with my refund that I set aside for upgrades.

JOD as well. Use the iMessage chat option with them. It's quick, painless, and you don't have to go round and round with the offshore call centers.

Anyone notice the trade in promos for phones went from $300 to $390? I thought it was interesting it increased on the less expensive phone.

Yes I noticed that. I paid my Rose Gold 7+ off and kept it because Apple discontinued the color for their phones. I would love to get the promo like I did for the X last year, but I don’t want to send my paid off 7+ in.
