Just got done. Called 611, JOD $109 down and $40 monthly for the Xs Max 64. Went super smooth and the rep was super helpful and nice. All done 17 min total (I called in a little early but she waited with me on the phone). Confirmed I'll get it launch day. Though, they did charge me $25 for overnight shipping. It's been free every other time which is odd. I'll chat with them tomorrow and I'm sure I can get it refunded.

Ordered xs 64gb over phone on EIP. The rep "waived" the $15 dollar fee for 2-3 day shipping. Still hoping they change all the to overnight so we get them on launch date. Also noticed on the invoice there is a $20 upgrade fee. Since when did they have those?

So the T-Mobile website was pretty glitchy for me. It said I was eligible to pay $250 down on a 256GB Max but when I went to check out it went back to up $529. I called them and they took forever to figure what’s going on and started babbling about how if I order through them it’s $25 and there’s a processing fee, so I just said F it I’ll get it for $529 down. I much prefer the lower monthly payments so I was fine with it.

I fought for the shipping cost to he waived. No dice. My order does show estimate shipping 9-21 but I assume I'll get it on release. I'll probably call tomorrow and confirm. But like others it was quick and 109 down. Good night

I got the shipping cost "waived"
Did you get overnight fee waived or express shipping waived? They waived express shipping for me which is the 2-3 day shipping. I'll email them or call them tomorrow if anyone got free overnight and tell them to upgrade me.

I'm PISSED. Earlier I posted that I was quoted by a previous TMO rep that I was a "well-qualified customer" and that my down payment on JOD would be $110 + 40/mo for XS MAX 64 GB. I just called and (what seems like an overseas) rep just told me that my downpayment was $379 + sales tax on the device.

I know other people on here were quoted the same thing, so wtf gives? What is the down payment for NON well-qualified customers if mine was "well-qualified pricing?"

I had her place the order regardless and if I am that unhappy with the price/device, I can return it once I've tried it.

So get this... the T-Force rep told me I needed to pay $279 down for JoD upgrade. I told them no! But the website let me do a regular EIP on one of my other lines for $0 down! Ship date 9/21. This is a T-Mobile account my GF and I only opened in October of last year. So less than 1 year tenure...

I was on the phone at 245am, waited with Rep til 301am. Did my JOD upgrade to XS Max 64GB and it was $109 down and came to $118 total with tax. No upgrade fee or shipping fees. Guy told me I may get it Thursday and should ship Monday or Tuesday because it's an early pre-order.

Why aren't they charging the full sales tax?

JOD doesn't charge full tax

Our family has been with tmobile 15 years, was offered tip 0 down and 41 or 42 a month but opted for 279.99 down and 30 a month. This is for the 64gb xs

We had the same thing told to us and I was told that I was "well-qualified JOD," but I still got $379 pricing. I am soooo confused.

Just talked to a real nice girl at T-Mobile. I'd have to pay $71 today to pay off half my iPhone X and then $379 plus taxes which would take it over $500 just to pre-order the 64gb XS Max. No thank you...just not worth it.

On Jump 1.0 and went to preorder...and find out I have to wait 6 months since my last use of Jump in order to preorder the Xs, which means I can't order it until 9/30. :(

T-mobile usually only ships pre ordered android phones a bit earlier than everyone else. Never heard of anyone getting an iPhone early. Anyone know if this year they will require signature for delivery?
