Just finished ordering mine not to long ago. Told them I was original JOD and I couldn't remember the last time I had to pay a down payment. They did some research anded up making me pay the $119 but credited it back to my account, and also waived the overnight shipping. Last year's pre-order was pretty seamless for me, but this one was definitely a breeze!!!

I got charged 6.99 for 3 to 7 ground delivery, WTF tmo, it used to be free for next day!

My rep said its $0 for 5-7 day, 15 for 2-3 day and 25 for overnight. She waived the 2-3 day shipping for me and made it free.

So glad to have gone through the upgrade program with Apple. Store was up and running at 3:01 with pre-approvals listed first, and was able sail on through to Sep 21 delivery date.

According to the rep I talked to, its a ship date of 9/21, not delivery date.

Just talked to a real nice girl at T-Mobile. I'd have to pay $71 today to pay off half my iPhone X and then $379 plus taxes which would take it over $500 just to pre-order the 64gb XS Max. No thank you...just not worth it.

The rep you spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. I would call back and talk to somebody else

In my experience My Choice window doesn’t work with all orders. This is one of them. LOL

I didn’t get charged for any shipping and they told me it would be free expedited overnight shipping. That’s how it’s been every year usually. T mobile upgrades everyone to overnight shipping for pre orders.

Got my orders placed! Called 5 minutes early, they pulled it up right on time but they were getting a weird error when they tried submitting. Didn't end up getting the first order in until 3:16 AM EST. $109.99 down for the 64GB Gold Max, $99.99 down for the 64GB Silver S. Both have free shipping and estimated ship dates of 9/21 so I'm hoping that stays true. So excited!

Did the $300 trade-in work for you guys? I am seeing only $136 for my iPhone 7

Showing $139 instead of $200 for iPhone 6S Plus trade in instead of $200. I've never had a trade in go smoothly. Last year the company that you mail them to claimed it was iCloud locked, which it wasn't. It took several calls to get that resolved.

I went through T-Force on twitter and the rep also told me $109.99 down + tax for a total of roughly $119 but also credited my acct $119 as well and waived shipping for me. Best experience I've had upgrading in a long long time.

Ordered a couple of minutes early, super smooth, customer service is awesome, very professional and helpful. Did get ship date of 9/21 with ground shipping, didn't think to ask for free overnight, hoping it will still get delivered by 9/21. May call back tomorrow and see if I can get free upgrade to overnight.

Finally got mine done. XS Max 64 JOD. Had to pay $379 plus tax and I did overnight shipping for $25 though it says I should get it on the 21st. $438 out the door and $25 a month

Hey y'all. Back again on a yearly basis.

Not sure how many try this but I actually scheduled a call me call for 0245AM (Eastern) and had T-Mobile call me. They called me and took my order at 0245AM and everything went through smoothly.

Ordered iPhone Xs Max 256gb in Space Gray. JOD! customer, paid 243.87 after tax with a $40 monthly payment.

Definitely one of the easiest processes into getting my phone.

Also signed the lease agreement while the agent was on the phone.

Now onto case and screen protector hunting.

Not me XMax Space Grey 256 slipped to the 28th to Oct 5. Luckily I was already on the line with T-Mobile. So I should be good for launch. Lol. Let’s see which one gets here first. My bro will get the second one.

They said my down payment is $799 and 18 months of $20 payments.

JOD folks only pay tax on the down payment portion and not the full price of the phone. My tax was $8.27 on my 109.99 down payment.

The first person I talked to was trying to tell me I had to pay off my X I got last year on launch day first even though I had JOD. I hung up and called again cause she wasn't understanding lol

Tax on JOD is only on the $109 down payment since it’s a lease. For EIP it’s for the whole amount of the phone.
