Ok so if I want UPS to hold it for me to pick up, I make sure it’s a Customer Center it parcel locker? I’m afraid to do it.
Just updated on T-Mobile app to active shipped. Not showing on My UPS but I think that’s because it’ll be under my husbands MyUPS. He’s the primary and he’s out of the country right now. I’ll have him check. Can’t wait for Friday!
They did it for me changed. I got My ground shipping changed to next day air and they lowered my down payment to $99

Hopefully we will see some origin scans at some point today from UPS. Has anyone checked the other carrier forums to see if any of them have origin scans yet?

Holy Frijoles! why do my UPS delivery dates suddenly say "Information Unavailable"? I have tracking numbers, but the original "September 21, 2018" date was changed to "Information Unavailable". Here we go again with another "T-Mobile iPhone launch fiasco".

More evidence that customer service reps don't know what they're talking about. Lady told me each store will ONLY getting 1-3 phones for walk-ins...

I don't know if the T-Mobile rep had a typo but when I was chatting with him online he said you'll be in for a big surprise on the 20th ! I really hope it's true lol. But every year i go through the same feeling anxious and excited lol .Ugh the anticipation is KILLING ME ! BTW I think my phone officially hates me for checking the tmobile site over 100x a day .
For crap's sake. My order will be stuck in UPS hell while they have available iPhone Xs Max' in all the local stores over the whole weekend.
Don’t panic. Sometimes UPS reroutes or the package misses a scan but is still on the way. I know it’s hard not to panic. But the likelihood is you’ll have it on launch day.
Just logged into my T-Mobile went to billing, clicked on EIP, My xs shows up with IMEI and all.
256GB Max Grey ordered 12:37AM launch day, CC charged 9/18 AM, IMEI issued on EIP plan 9/19 AM. Since I chose my office for shipping, I won't be able to get advanced UPS tracking but expect 9/21 delivery.
If you want it Friday put a hold to pick up at the ups hub and not the store. Use the ups app to make changes to your delivery option. Easy peasy.

My wife's phone just changed status to "Active-Shipped as well. Both my line and my daughter's line already had the status of "Active-Shipped" since I ordered those 2 lines 12 hours earlier on the 14th.
