Just updated on T-Mobile app to active shipped. Not showing on My UPS but I think that’s because it’ll be under my husbands MyUPS. He’s the primary and he’s out of the country right now. I’ll have him check. Can’t wait for Friday!

Yeah at this point your order is already preparing for shipping and altering might prolong the delivery ..Personally I wouldn't touch it and hope that you'll get it early .

I went over to the Verizon, Att, and Sprint threads to see how they're doing. Verizon and Att seem to be in the same situation as us. Att reps are telling them the phone "ships" on the 21st. Verizon is going through FedEx (I think), and are having their own issues. Sprint seems to be a mix of "Hey, I got my delivery date!" and "No information yet. Ready for UPS".

Looking like I may have to go to T-Mobile on Friday and hope they have some in stock. Bah I need to get on my own plan lmao
I couldn't leave T-Mobile even if they tried to kick me off. I'm on a single line plan with everything unlimited for $40. How in the hell, Can I beat that? Post-paid wise without being on a family plan?
 
If you want it Friday put a hold to pick up at the ups hub and not the store. Use the ups app to make changes to your delivery option. Easy peasy.

I changed it to hold for pick up at the CC by my house where they got processed before delivery. I know it’s not supposed to change the date, but I’m still scared.
 
My Charge isn't pending anymore from T-Mobile. So all is well. Just hope I see some movement today. :) I got at least 3 or 4 cases coming today. Planning on getting an Apple Leather Case with my next check. lol

Yeah, I did something similar for a package my folks needed. Which changed the date to a day later. Pissed them off. lol

I've done this a hundred time with all sorts of packages, never changed the date for me. It always stayed the same as long it's the CC.

Yeah. Unless you call during prime hours, don't expect US reps. I called for my pre order launch night at 2am cst, and my person quote me TEX (Team of Expert), but she hardly knew anything and barely spoke english. I had to recall back and get it done correctly lol
 
This is true. One year it went from waiting for UPS to Delievered
I called UPS and the representative said that they do not currently have the items to ship, the deliveries to an access point can not be setup. But one package says "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" and the other says "Exception Date Tentative". I dunno.

Probably real. I know I've actually DM'd a higher up at corporate before and he replied back with info pretty quickly. T-Mobile customer service has always been really good for me.

Dude! Never show your hand! How many have used the "if you don't do this for me I swear I'll cancel and go with Verizon!!" bluff?

I am proud to say I am on TMobile because I told ATT "if you screw up my bill one more time, my next call will be to cancel". That is exactly what I did.

When i called at 1201 to order mine, since the app wasnt working for me, Im pretty sure the guy on the phone said he was from Manilla. He spoke good enough english, but you could definitely hear an accent.

I'm sure they have several teams like these... I have also had very good experiences when reaching out to T-Mobile via text/chat...

That’s why I stay on my moms haha bc I only pay her 30 + my EIP payments. Lol but I do have my son and bf now so I should get us our own lmao but that requires work...

Usually ASAP. Mine comes out automatically if it's on autopay and will show up on the account pretty quickly.

Hopefully we will see some origin scans at some point today from UPS. Has anyone checked the other carrier forums to see if any of them have origin scans yet?
For the X, people started getting origin scans on Thursday.. Hopefully for those with ground and 2-day, they'll start today.
 
Got the IMEI today and got tracking from Tmobile.. well had to ask for it. Now crossing my fingers that UPS can adjust the address for me since i cant do it within the app
 
Has anyone ever asked UPS to hold it at their customer care center and it gets delayed until Monday? I want to have them hold on because I’m afraid they’ll deliver while I’m at work and it could get stolen, but I would hate having to wait all weekend to get it.

Same thing I did. Switched to Tmobile when ATT screwed me over the iPhone X.
