Same thing I did. Switched to Tmobile when ATT screwed me over the iPhone X.

I switched from Verizon to ATT years ago like that. I had alltel for like 15 years, and when Verizon bought them, they gave me the run around in the store. The manager called corporate for me, and they wouldnt do anything to appease me. So I told them to cancel everything, handed them my brand new phones, and went across the street to ATT, and spend like 1500 bucks on 2 new phones. Walked back to the verizon store, and showed the manager "see, its not about the money, its just customer service. You would rather have a new customer than a loyal one."

I went to Tmobile a few years ago, because ATT was so expensive, and their service sucked in our neighborhood.

I believe its the same thing. "Customer Center" is a newer term.
Then why would it add an extra day like Nate said? As far as I know from what others have said, the only thing that would add a day is if you reschedule delivery to a different address.

Had a little fiasco, ordered on the 13th at 11:45pm and got charged Tuesday 9/18, but my card thought it was Fraud and wanted to verify. Called TMobile to reprocess it and they said it was successful, but my main order status page still says kept on hold. Talked to 3 different reps between yesterday and today and they guarantee the order is being processed and will ship on 9/21

I don't think having it go to a CC adds time, I have only done it once and it happened on delivery date. Routing to a store...thats a nightmare.

Customer center is the way to go. You will get it on the same day it’s supposed to be delivered. I’ve done this for hundreds of packages. Haven’t experienced a single delay.

If I do that, When can I actually go pick it up?

Well the shipping dates slipped on T-Mobile. I feel like I have a good chance of just picking one up at the T-Mobile store by my house on Friday anyway.

My card has finally been charged for my XS Max 512GB Gold!

No IMEI update.
No tracking info on my UPS MyChoice. I'm on a business account and the shipping address lists my company instead of my name, is there anyway to add my company's name onto UPS MyChoice?

Dude! Never show your hand! How many have used the "if you don't do this for me I swear I'll cancel and go with Verizon!!" bluff?

I am proud to say I am on TMobile because I told ATT "if you screw up my bill one more time, my next call will be to cancel". That is exactly what I did.

I did the same! Not only was my bill always messed up, sometimes when I was El Centro, CA the phone would connect to a Mexican tower and they'd hit me with huge roaming charges.

Finally got paid and was going to order a gold 64 xs max today but now the shipping window is a couple weeks later. Guess that means I’m hitting a store Friday morning.

My watch already has a ups label created
what did you order?

I tried adding my company address to my account and it says "this is a commercial address" or something along those lines

You can go in the morning but you’ll be waiting a while because they’ll need to bring any packages that are being held to the front where they can be picked up.

There’ll also be a lot of people doing the same thing you’re doing and showing up first thing in the morning. I like to go in the afternoon so I can get in and get out without much fuss.
