I wouldn't dare to tell reddit this. I told em the other day T-Mobile has this all figure out and a couple people got mad, acting like I didn't know what the **** I was talking about. smh

I also have friends that work in the Cargo sector - UPS charters many non-UPS flights to fly for them during this iPhone peak - There is a chance iPhones are also on non UPS flights!
 
Bad news for me. JOD upgrade 9/14 12 am. Xs Max 64gb space gray. Not given a shipping option. Just got my origin scan. Shows ground shipping with delivery 9/26.

Weird, I pre-ordered mine at nearly the exact same time, I believe I picked ground because it was the only option but mine is still scheduled for tomorrow and I only got my origin scan this morning. Try contacting them and see if they can upgrade you to 2nd day air and you still can probably get it tomorrow.

Not possible once it's already in transit.
 
Guys ! My phone is in transit got the original scan and it's being delivered tomorrow at 3pm! I hope those who didn't get yours yet will .

Pretty disappointed. I've been optimistic through out this whole process and tried to comfort people on this form, but no phone for me. I may have to leave T-mobile. T-mobile used to be known for this kind of stuff. Can't get straight answers. 11 year customer here.

I guess nice guys always finish last.

Me too. EIP. Never got offered a shipping method. Just assumed that since I was ordering at 3am EST, that I would get phone on launch day. I guess I should have asked. Apparently it cost me $20 because I called in also. I could have paid for expedited shipping, but I shouldn’t have to. Oh well, a tad bid more excited about the watch anyway. At least it is coming in tomorrow directly from Apple.
 
Well more bad news here too. JOD upgrade, ordered 2 minutes after pre orders went live. Rep told me it would be overnight shipping, shipped with UPS ground and i just got an origin scan, ETA is 09/26. What a bunch bull****.
 
well got an apology from art’s team, and got the first month’s installment for free
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i’m OK with that

they also said that there is a tmobile warehouse in texas that ships instate and to other places, so we might see the devices by monday

congrats on the watch! on my EIP i had to do it on t mobiles website for some reason i couldn't upgrade my wifes line online so i called in and hers is on JOD which will be here tomorrow kind of messed up deal but nothing i can do about it.
