They will charge you a $50 restocking fee.
Not my fault the rep lied to me.. they won't charge me anything. I specifically didn't ask for ground - they told me Friday delivery.

Gah, that sucks. Well let’s hope anyways.I did do the HUB but I live in AZ dunno how it will make it here by tormorrow
Refuse the shipment so there’s no way they can charge you a restocking fee. Don’t let UPS just drop it off at your door. I would have it held for pickup at my closest UPS and go in and refuse shipment so it gets returned to sender.
That’s the problem with T-Mobile. The reps are somethin else...It's a huge slap in the face. Their employees made this happen. Loyal customers pre-order but some are treated better than others.
i'm gonna see what t force is gonna say sure not much about it though.I think you guys should definitely complain.

Also got screwed here.. Monday delivery.. ordered immediately on pre-order. If I find one local tomorrow, i'm cancelling my T-mobile order and they better refund me all of my money down. I will take them their SLOWLY delivered box unopened from UPS and ask them why they even do pre-ordering in the first place.
Should have went with my gut and got it from my Apple store like I did last two times (day of, hardly a wait, instant phone on launch day).
Sorry I hate complaining but this is TOTALLY T-MOBILE's fault.
Might be difficult... I just went to a Tmobile store during my lunch break and the guy said once it's scanned, canceling the phone isn't possible. Unless you're doing a straight return then I don't see an issue. For me it's difficult because I need to return my X with them. The IMEI of the XS Max is already attached to my account so swapping would be harder than if I didn't have to return my X.
mine too!Departure scan! View attachment 784902
This isn’t true. You can refuse the shipment and it will go right back to T-Mobile and you will be refunded in full.Once it is in transit you cannot cancel. Since it's no longer in T-mobiles possession and it's addressed to you it's "yours".
I will do exactly this if I can find a Xs locally before Monday. Thanks for the tip.
Same boat as you! When I checked over night it was like 25 bucks not free so I went with ground shipping assuming it be here on Friday. Now I have to wait until WednesdayUGH. Just got the Origin scan. Ground shipping and will be here Wednesday. TMo really screwed the pooch on this one. Tried to use the app, and it didnt work, so had to call in, wasnt offered any other shipping, and wasnt told that the app or website was free 2nd day. Assumed, since it was a preorder, that Id get it Friday. Not a happy customer.

Same...Just got the departure scan!
I initially tried preordering online, but the moment I saw they wanted to charge for overnight shipping i decided to have a t-force rep do the order. Went trough the whole process, when it came to him asking if I wanted to place order I said yes, but that I wanted free overnight delivery. He was glad to do it, because I am sure he got commission on that.Sounds like T-mobile is already arming for battle if they've over promised on Friday deliveries.. Or told their staff to put "Ground" shipping on phones regardless of what people request.
What’s worst is that they just hosted and uncarrier event that was suppose to improve customer service experience I think still the same bad expierencetmobile ****ed up i hope they lose a lot of money over all this in people leaving or bill credits or something, this is the second year they **** up my pre order

It’s not yours until you sign for it. That’s why you have it held at UPS and don’t let them drop it at your door.

They will drop it at your door. No signature required.Does anyone know if you have to physically sign for these or will UPS do a door drop? Apple requires signature when you buy from them so I just need to know what i'm going to do.

Come on gang. Let's go complain and get free phone bill credits.
