Well more bad news here too. JOD upgrade, ordered 2 minutes after pre orders went live. Rep told me it would be overnight shipping, shipped with UPS ground and i just got an origin scan, ETA is 09/26. What a bunch bull****.

It's unfortunate that most times customer service can't understand what I'm saying and I can't understand them.

I was promised at least 2 day shipping. Now I have to wait 6 days after launch.

Ordered on the 14th at 1:30AM. I won’t be receiving it on the 21st :(

Finally have tracking, but all it says is label created (on the 18th), ready for UPS. Shipping method is ground. I'm not too optimistic.

My XS Max got an origin scan. Estimated delivery: 26th (Wednesday).

And people were saying "even if you have ground you'll get it on release! ups will ignore the label and ship it overnight anyway!"

Like I said many pages ago, UPS aren't going to have special treatment for iPhones. If your UPS shipping label says Ground, you're getting it through Ground shipping.

So basically TMo cheaped out. The whole purpose of pre-ordering is to get the device as soon as possible. I may just cancel my order and buy through Apple. I may even switch carriers, I'm sick of TMo's bs.

Exactly, that's same thing I said several times!

64 gray xs just got a scan, etd 9/25. Based on ups ground map it supposed to be 2 day transit, so not sure why it’s not 9/24. Location NJ btw

I think you guys should definitely complain.

Plus the X is the perfect size. The Plus models were always way too big for me, and the 5/SE was a bit too small, with the 6/7/8 being too awkwardly midrange size. So XS it was.
I feel like it’s the perfect screen size for me too. I loved my Jet Black 7 when I had it. I’m kind of interested in the XR though to be honest. I haven’t seen it in person yet to see how it feels.

Also got screwed here.. Monday delivery.. ordered immediately on pre-order. If I find one local tomorrow, i'm cancelling my T-mobile order and they better refund me all of my money down. I will take them their SLOWLY delivered box unopened from UPS and ask them why they even do pre-ordering in the first place.

Should have went with my gut and got it from my Apple store like I did last two times (day of, hardly a wait, instant phone on launch day).

Sorry I hate complaining but this is TOTALLY T-MOBILE's fault.

I’m the exact same, NJ. Ground shipping Xs max 64 silver delivery date 9/24 ground shipping ordered through phone. Just got a scan 10 minutes ago.

Also I got a message from a friend who’s a manager at T-Mobile store in NJ and he said they are not going to have any phones tomorrow.

Refuse the shipment so there’s no way they can charge you a restocking fee. Don’t let UPS just drop it off at your door. I would have it held for pickup at my closest UPS and go in and refuse shipment so it gets returned to sender.
