Still no movement on my ups tracking number. Label created 10/16 and "ready for ups"

I suspect we'll start seeing movement by Wednesday since it looks like these are all going out 2nd day air.

No restocking fee with online orders. Only store transactions.

From the T-Mobile website. You have to pay a restocking fee unless you have a defect

  • You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to service cancellation, including roaming, long distance, taxes, control charges, regulatory program fees, and other fees.
  • You may also be required to pay a restocking fee based on the Full Retail Price (“FRP”) of the Device as follows:
    • $70 for devices with a FRP of $600 or more
    • $40 for devices with a FRP between $300-$599
    • $20 for devices with a FRP of less than $300

In your revised EIP it will call out the phone and IEMI number. It's about half way down the page.
You used to be on JOD right? Are you planning on paying off the 12 Pro when upgrading next year? Or do you have JUMP?

I returned 4 phones (2 iPhone 11 Pro and 2 galaxy note 10) last year that I ordered via a Twitter rep and didn’t have any restocking fees.

One observation from the trade-in form. The value of the device is different here than what the promo stated. Is this expected?

That’s new...I guess too many people were returning online orders and they changed the terms.

I already paid my phone off in full. I only keeps phones for a year and upgrade every year. My wife hates it but its a hobby. I am working on opening my own YouTube channel dedicated to Apple and T-Mobile. Which is my main reason for upgrading this year to the Pro

Yah it is new. I thought the same thing when my kid wanted a Revel. I got charged when I returned it. Now all the stickers except on Apple boxes it says "restocking fee of XX amount" on the peel tab

I like this hobby too. haha. I got family members who get excited, because I hand down my phones to them.

Well, I finally came to a decision! I got my first case in today (IP 12 Pro), and the dimensions feel nine in my hands. So with that, I’m keeping my pre-order for the 12 pro! You can breathe now.😀😛😉
