I talked to twitter and they told me the 256 gb pro blue is on backorder. Even though my order went through at 7:03 CST...T-Mobile App: I checked and there isn't any tracking information available. I expect it to arrive Monday.

Edit: I also asked about the $30.00 difference between T-Mo.com / Apple.com and they said they weren't going to hand out refunds/credits. Oh well, at least it's arriving on launch day!

Just got shipping noticed for one of my 2 silver iPhone 12 Pro. Comes in tomorrow. The first one was estimated to ship on 10/24-11/2. The other is 11/2-11/9 or something.

I've never had UPS deliver my iPhone, but I've had many iPhones delivered day one from FedEx, and they always required a signature.
