I don't think so. I am going to claim it when I get my phone from Apple. Those *******s won't cheat me out of the money. Been with them for over 7 years.
Not coming from a Max but from a Plus. I’m a little nervous I’m going to miss the screen width, but it will be a relief to have a slightly easier to manage size.
I have the iPhone 11 now. I am liking the smaller but same screen size. That makes me happy.
I hope I feel the same way. The weight of the Max is another reason I went with the regular Pro. I take mine out running and hiking and the Plus was a pain.
Sorry to come in late. My card was charged yesterday but still haven’t seen a tracking number. Has anyone else?
Same here unfortunately. Order confirmation email arrived at 7:09 AM CDT, same model as yours, listed as a 10/24-11/2 window. No charge yet for me and no updates on my order status. Oh well, it is what it is.
Checking to see if I have an IMEI, but my T-Mobile order status just changed to "Ships by 10/21"

UPDATE: IMEI in the system and JOD lease has begun! Lease is also showing "Active-Shipped" for the status.

so....has ANYONE’s phone shipped? doesn’t look like they’re leaving t mobile until launch day.
If it doesn't ship today this will be the first and last time that I pre order from T-Mobile.
I was also in the 10/24 to 11/2 window, 12 Pro 128 GB Pacific Blue, ordered around 8:35am EST on 10/16 and just got charged, UPS My Choice has a tracking number and T-Mobile app has an IMEI.
Correct. So you can’t do it if you’re just going to buy a new phone... however if you are on EIP or JOD it looks like they’ll accept a turn-in as part of that program. I filed for my sister trading in her 11 for a 12 and my turning in an 11 Pro Max for a 12 Pro.
They will very likely move out sometime later today or VERY early tomorrow morning. What’s likely is that they’re being held at the T-Mobile warehouse in Jeffersonville, IN (interesting it’s not in Louisville this year... can confirm for both 12 and Pro) and they will be sent Next-Day Air to their destinations. That is usually what happens with iPhone launches.
Spoke too soon. They scanned in KY. I didn’t get a notification nor does it show as shipped on the website. But if you check your actual tracking number...
Yep! can confirm mine also just got scanned in Louisville, KY. In Transit: On Time for delivery tomorrow 10/23.
I was in the 11/3-11/9 window, gold Pro. Got charged last night, order status didn't update, but IMEI and EIP shows now, and UPS my choice now shows tracking, scheduled for tomorrow's delivery!
