So I have both my IMEIs now and the ship date has updated to today for both orders. Searching my mobile number on UPS as a reference number brings up tracking for one of them.
Did you order with tmobile ? Or T Mobile from Apple ?
I did order with tmobile , but dont know how to track with reference ups , put my phone number but not work
Ordered from T-Mobile. It was a JoD. One of my lines is searchable by reference number but the other isn't, so I'm not surprised that you can't find yours. Both of mine are listed as active-shipped. I'm confident that I'll get it on Friday.
For those who havent got any update on tmobile order website , or get any ups my choice update , BUT DID GOT A CHARGED ON CARD : log in to your account , under bill section, scroll down to equipment installment plan , and you will see your phone ( 12/12pro ) showing the phone IMEI with the Active - Shipped . Thats will be mean you will get it this Friday !!
For anyone who still havent get a charge yet , just wait , next day air T Mobile will be cut off at 2pm PT , so if tomorrow after 2pm PT , and still no charge on card , pretty sure you wont get it on Friday !

if you ask tmobile rep on twitter or fb, they'll give you the tracking numberoop! can confirm, this works, I see my IMEI # and Active-Shipped status. Guess i'll just wait to hear from t-mobile, or ups about a tracking, OR ill see it friday ?

Just wanted to add that my IMEI is not under billing/EIP BUT I did just find it in my UPS app. Earlier I checked using my phone number but it’s there now with the estimated delivery date of 10/23! Good call. They just gave my tracking info. They said they don’t give tracking usually until 24 hours before shipment of preordersif you ask tmobile rep on twitter or fb, they'll give you the tracking number

Just checked using the app and it shows my 12 as my current device, IMEI assigned number and also “plan status : active-shipped”. ?Just looked on app and it shows up under Bill - EIP at the bottom of the page.
I cant stand how these carriers give more credit to new customers than to existing ones. TMo gives a new customer $850 credit for the XS Max if the start new service, but Ive been with them for 5 years, and only get $500. I get attracting new customers, but at some point, us loyal customers will go to another carrier for a sweeter deal. Take care of your current clients, and the new customers will come.

How do I ask about that. I ordered online, and it didn't mention it.In fairness they are offering another $200 for customers who have been with them for a long time. I've been with them since 2007 and was eligible for that bonus and you might be as well.
